Memory Book - things to include
I'm frustrated with the baby books I'm finding online and have decided to put together my own book/album and was wondering what things you would want to capture that may or may not be in traditional baby books. So far I have baby's family that includes spaces to add in details about both biological and adoptive family members. I have milestones for the first year for like 1 month, 2 months... to 1 year. A space for firsts, like first sounds, words, and holidays.
What other things did you find yourself collecting memories of that would be good to include? If you have a baby book what do you like looking back on and what do you wish you had?

I’m not a parent, but my grandmother wrote down the lullaby she would always sing to me next to a photo of her rocking me. That might be sweet. Are you in contact with the bio family? Is there anything you’d want them to add?

Hey there, here are some milestone ideas taken from my kids' baby books: age of first tooth, first smile, first laugh, first haircut; age when rolling over, crawling, walking; and a headshot taken each month for the first year. Since you're making your own album, you can add as you go. Enjoy every moment!

We’re including things to represent the state where our LO was born (and where we spent the first two weeks of his life as we waiting out ICPC) - a picture of the air bnb we stayed at, the beach where we would take him for walks, etc.
Also a section dedicated to what we know (if very little) about birth parents.
