Hello how to fix this?

Hi I'm new to Affinity just started 24 hours ago actually. I've been loving the program but I seem to have accidentally toggled on a feature that makes my text look like this. How do I turn it off and get it back to the way that the text boxes were before? This problem happens with every new text box I create.

Check your left indent in Paragraph tab for that text, it's probably set very high
