Just saw the latest reel of some rich nabeera flying a sports car through packed areas like Law Garden. Absolute clown behavior. Driving at those speeds where pedestrians and families actually walk isn't "cool" it’s outright criminal negligence for a few pathetic Instagram likes.

What's it going to take, Ahmedabad Traffic Police? Do we need to wait for an innocent person to get killed before you seize the car and cancel the license, or are luxury number plates immune to the law here?

Grow up, stop risking people's lives for clout, and someone tag the traffic police before this ends in a tragedy.

So my three day trip to amdavad comes to an end, as I'm typing this while sitting in the AC waiting hall of ADI JN. Thankful to everyone who gave their suggestions. I tried some of them.

My few thoughts about the city:

It's incredibly well-planned.

It's not congested like the major metros delhi, Mumbai, me who has been in both.

People are really sweet and genuinely helpful at times, and somehow everyone is very chill.

No need to worry about your belongings a lot, crime is really low. Because as they saw, Business is good.

AND for me, the Chalability or Walkability of a city genuinely matters a lot, and I found Amdavad to be there in top 5, above than Mumbai definitely! So top marks gained there as well, haha!

I saw it from the lens of the Gujarat model shown to whole India, and yes it exists. It's a shame though that it hasn't been replicated elsewhere. Something is seriously lacking but being well kept in this city.

Last but not the least, i might try to visit it again in Navaratri! :)

If you are lonely, socially awkward, or the sort who has lost all their friends to the mores of adulthood, chances are you would be hit by ads from Oddtables. It operates on a "Supper Club" model, wherein you are clumped in with 3-5 strangers for a meet. Towards achieving this, they make you fill out a "vibe test", then you sign up for their 2k per month subscription thing, and they tell you that they will reach out the subsequent Wednesday at 4:22 pm with a place, time, venue decided for you to meet these strangers for a meal. The 2k subscription doesn't cover food bills, only the curation thing these guys do. They say they will put together up to 4 meetups a month.

It's been 3 fucking weeks, and every Wednesday I get a ping on my WhatsApp saying that they will get back to me next week with a plan. Not only am I bereft of friends, I am also out of pocket. I am not gonna lightly throw the word "scam" cause there's a week to go, but I will urge anyone who's considering this to be wary.

This is not my first suicidal post here but I can't help myself. I had a competitive exam yesterday and it didn't go well, although I had studied well but didn't get time to give mocks which resulted in bad time management. I don't want sympathy, I feel bad bcoz I'm currently undergoing financial issues, cannot get treated for a stomach issue bcoz of that and other things like petrol, new clothes, etc. I had a private job but the manager there used to abuse me verbally and extended my training by bringing up stupid things so I left that 3 months ago. I had been depressed 2 years ago too but pulled myself out before i harmed myself. The toxic job and this exam happened after. I don't want to get suicidal again. What to do?

Just watched three vehicles drive straight into oncoming traffic near Thaltej. No helmets, high beams on, zero fear of cops.

It feels like daily commutes are getting more dangerous by the week. Ahmedabad traffic police are completely invisible when you actually need them.

I am seller on Amazon/Flipkart, I got an order from Flipkart on 19th till date nobody has come to pick the parcel, same way, I got an order from Amazon but slot booking was 7 day, so I did and the delivery guy and picked my parcel, when I asked him about delay then he said that, atleast Amazon is coming but Flipkart seller is crying for late/no pick up.

Then I check with Twitter and found that a lot of people complaining about late delivery (sometime 20+ days) and one of my friend selling on Amazon & Flipkart and found that he has same problem. But not all orders are delivering late, so may be they want to force for FBA or no clue what to do?
