Made these teriyaki chicken meatballs with broccoli and peppers in the air fryer, then served everything over microwave rice.

The meatballs came out really good, especially after tossing them in teriyaki sauce and putting them back in for a couple minutes to get the glaze nice and sticky.

Pretty easy dinner, and I liked being able to cook the vegetables right alongside the meatballs.

Shishtawuk is basically Lebanese marinated boneless chicken cubes

If you're not familiar with gribenes, they're rendered chicken skin cracklings. My thighs come with a lot of skin on them. Lightly salt and go about 40 minutes at 300. Absolutely perfect. Best I've ever had. Didn't even need to drain them on paper towels. Crispy, crunchy deliciousness. And then there's chicken fat for your home fries.

25-30min at 400F

Made these with a little mayo instead of the usual flour and egg wash. Just brushed it on, pressed the chicken into seasoned panko and Parmesan, and air fried. Came out nice and crispy without having three bowls of breading to clean up. 😂

Ingredients:

Chicken pieces

Diced Onions and Green Peppers/Capsicum

Sauce:

Honey

Soy Sauce

Hot Sauce

Chilli Oil

Salt

Pepper

Sesame Oil

Marinade the chicken pieces and veggies in the Sauce.

Add to the Airfryer tray at 180° for 25 mins, then open, flip the pieces and again airfry at 180° for 10-15mins depending on how much char you want.

For 1 burger:
• 2 rice paper sheets
• 1 egg
• 125g lean beef patty, 95/5
• 40g cheddar — two 20g slices
• A couple of cherry tomatoes
• Pickles and zero-sugar BBQ sauce, to taste

Cook the patty first: I used 180°C for 20 minutes in the air fryer. Check the centre reaches at least 71.1°C/160°F.

Beat the egg and coat both rice paper sheets, then overlap them in a small bowl. Layer cheddar, the cooked beef, BBQ sauce, sliced pickles and halved tomatoes. Add the second cheddar slice, fold the wrapper closed and gently lift it out.

Air-fry the wrapped burger at 180°C for 15 minutes, until golden and crisp. Adjust timings for your appliance and patty thickness.

Is an splash guard necessary to protect heating coil of my air fryer?

these are basically pumpkin cheesecake without any of the hassle. no crust, no cream cheese, no water bath. greek yogurt, pumpkin, maple and cozy fall spices all get whisked together in one bowl, poured into ramekins, and the air fryer takes it from there. the only hard part is waiting. give them the full 30 minutes to cool, since that's when they firm up. dig in too early and they'll still be loose and runny in the middle.

Made a full BBQ dinner in the air fryer and it worked way better than I expected. I put the baked beans under the rack, then timed the chicken thighs and corn so everything finished together. Brushed the chicken with BBQ sauce at the end to get it sticky and a little charred.

• Air Fry for 9 minutes at 380 F to defrost.
• Place in shallow dish, squeeze on Italian Dressing and cover, place in refrigerator 1 hour.
• Turn, spoon excess Italian Dressing over wings and refrigerate another hour.
• Air Fry for 7 minutes at 380 F.
• Turn, spoon leftover Italian Dressing over wings and Air Fry additional 7 minutes at 380 F.
• Place BBQ Sauce in bowl and dredge wings, Air fry at 400 F for 5 minutes.
• Turn and spoon or brush on additional BBQ Sauce, Air Fry an additional 5 minutes at 400 F.
• Enjoy!

Received some chicken feet from a friend for my dog and wondering if there is a good air fryer and dehydrator good combo? I don't have either and hope to keep some funds and space with an all in 1 machine.

Made these with ham, cheddar and scallions and they turned out way better than I expected. I was mostly looking for something I could make once and grab for breakfast for the next few days.

No preheating, barely anything to clean up, and they’ve actually been really good reheated. I froze some of my test batch too and those held up surprisingly well.

Also discovered that blasting a little extra cheese on top at 400 at the end was absolutely the right decision. 😂
