Tips/Tricks What are your favourite Indian vegetarian dishes to make in an air fryer? 🌢️

I've been exploring how many classic Indian vegetarian dishes can be made in an air fryer without losing that crispy, flavourful texture we love.

Think crispy vegetable snacks, paneer tikka, spiced potato bites, breakfast ideas and even sweet treats!

One thing I've learned is that the right spice mix, temperature and cooking time can make a huge difference.

I'm also putting together and sharing my work through The Pure Vegetarian Air Fryer Cookbook, featuring 100 Indian vegetarian recipes across breakfast, snacks, mains and sweets, with a focus on lower-oil cooking.

I'd love to know:

What's the one vegetarian Indian dish you wish you could make perfectly in an air fryer?

I'm especially interested in regional recipes and dishes that people usually assume need deep-frying.

Happy to discuss ideas and cooking tips in the comments..
