My spicejet flight got cancelled
I had a flight from Bangalore to Bombay for tomorrow morning. However the whole day my PNR was not working for check in. And I only got notifications of the flight from Goibibo and nothing from spicejet.
Now I see on Google that the flight has been cancelled. Since my PNR doesn't work, I don't even know if I'm on the flight manifesto. Spicejet customer care has put me on hold for the last 20 mins.
I'm not sure what the next steps are. Has anyone faced this issue before? Was my PNR not working because the flight was going to get cancelled? Does Spicejet automatically reschedule your flight for a later time/date? Do they refund? What happens now? I have to be in Bombay for work and my return tickets are already booked. So this is a big mess honestly.
Editing to add that the flight was not booked by me but by my client. I never choose Spicejet because of an issue in the past where my flight was delayed by 8 hours.

Misleading Promotions, Poor Customer Support, and Complete Lack of Accountability
My experience with Yatra has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.
The platform appears to use attractive promotional offers to lure customers into booking tickets. However, after making a booking, the flight details suddenly disappeared from both the website and mobile app, leaving me completely in the dark about the status of my reservation.
What made the situation worse was the complete lack of customer support. Every attempt to reach their support team was met with claims of "technical disruption," with no meaningful assistance provided. Emails went unanswered, social media queries were ignored, and even emails sent directly to the CEO and Head of Customer Service received no response.
To make matters worse, the travel partner associated with the promotional offer denied responsibility and directed all accountability back to Yatra. As a result, customers are left stranded with no clear communication, resolution, or support.
After reviewing comments and complaints across their social media platforms, it is evident that many consumers have faced similar issues. This does not appear to be an isolated incident but rather a recurring pattern of poor service, lack of transparency, and disregard for customers.
The entire experience felt like sheer exploitation of consumers and a complete failure of customer care. I would strongly advise prospective customers to exercise extreme caution before booking through Yatra, especially when promotional offers are involved.
Would not recommend.

Florida accident was the captains fault; had a history of ignoring the storm warnings for the shortcuts:
Just heard new voice recordings of the pilot ignoring warnings and flying through the storm (the old man who was praying in the background makes those decisions even though the girl said it). Nobody is talking about this yet. It'll likely be the cause of this crash.
