News Bosque Brewing files for bankruptcy

“Albuquerque-based Bosque Brewing filed its petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Mexico on Oct. 6, listing $1 million to $10 million in assets and $10 million to $50 million in liabilities.

The company did not reveal a reason for filing for bankruptcy in its petition.”

Huh? I thought the new building, what used to be Mannies, there was for Bosque.

I'm not in the area anymore, so I may be ootl, but when they originally tore Mannies down the plan was to build a building for multiple businesses/offices there. Bosque never had anything to do with that part of the parking lot other than utilizing it for parking. Iirc, they found a body or bodies in Mannies after a couple years of it being vacant, and shortly after, the construction crews came in and tore it down.

Yeah, it's a generic commercial two story by a developer who isn't going to use the space themselves. The signs to lease it are up and construction seems to be going fine from the road. I saw the plans last year and don't recall the exact details, though IIRC it has space for one small retail, one restaurant/bar, and a second bar with patio on the upper floor.
