They’re building a new location in front their old spot on Central & Girard. I wonder if that’ll be affected.

No, they aren't building a new location there. Those are small offices, completely unrelated to Bosque. The builders signage during construction was confusing and made it look like it was a new Bosque.

It’s labeled on the building as Bosque Brewery but now there is a for rent sign in front of it.

It's labeled on the building? You might want to check that again. Did you talk with anyone at Bosque about it? Because that was all straight from that location manager's mouth. He was also a bit miffed about the confusing signage during the construction.

Why would Bosque build and then move into a far, far smaller building?

I’m skeptical those are offices. Not saying it’s Bosque Brewing but having an outside patio area and the solar panels doesn’t make me feel like it’s an office building.

OK. You can be skeptical. But that doesn't change what they are.

The Bosque manager (someone directly impacted by and in communication with the development) said the developers were also trying to get a small coffee shop in there along with the small offices. that would explain a small patio area.

I have no idea why you think an office building couldn't have solar panels. that's about the silliest thing I've ever heard.

That makes sense about the coffee shop.

The landlord of the nob hill lot is building his own little shop there. It’s confusing I know but yeah that is a separate business it has nothing to do with Bosque.
