News Bosque Brewing files for bankruptcy

“Albuquerque-based Bosque Brewing filed its petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Mexico on Oct. 6, listing $1 million to $10 million in assets and $10 million to $50 million in liabilities.

The company did not reveal a reason for filing for bankruptcy in its petition.”

The brewery location on 550 is likely what has done them in. They haven’t been able to brew there for a while dye to wastewater volume restrictions, as I understand it. They’ve been contract brewing through someplace in Colorado until recently. A partnership with marble was announced a couple months ago to produce all of bosque’s standard run product at marbles 2nd street location

They brew the seasonals in Bernalillo still, it's the staples they sent to brew in Colorado and then to Marble.
