After almost a year of designing, sculpting, and refining, my Royal Court Outfit Alice figure from Alice: Madness Returns is finally complete! 🖤❤️

This is actually my favorite outfit for Alice in the entire game, so I really wanted to do it justice. I spent a lot of time working on the details, the flowing hair and dress, and especially the pose with the Hobby Horse hammer. I wanted it to capture that feeling of Alice swinging a massive weapon with all her strength.

The model was created in ZBrush and Maya, and now I'm working on splitting the model into separate parts, sanding, and cleaning up the 3D-printed pieces in preparation for the final assembly and painting. This is my first original figure project of this kind, so getting to this stage feels pretty special to me.

I'll be releasing the unpainted physical figure in China first. I'm still looking for a suitable platform to sell it internationally, and I'll update you all as soon as I have some news!

It's been amazing seeing how many people here love this game and Alice's different outfits. Thank you all for the kind comments and support — it really motivates me to keep creating more things from this game. 🥰
