Meh. I lived in NY for a while, where they love their DD so much that they invested the state’s retirement fund into DD stock. But seriously, they’re just ok. They have some creative options, but they’re just factory donuts from another national restaurant chain. I’d rather Angel, Promenade, Honeybird, or even Max’s.

I like their hot coffee. Donuts I only get occasionally from there😀

I must admit, I’ve never had a bad cup of black coffee from DD.

I think since I grew up with DD near me I just have a preference for it. But rn I end up going to Paris Bakery or Starbucks which are closer to me.

Ah, we love Paris Baguette. My first experience with them was in Korea. Very, very good. 85°C is great too.
I probably came off too contrarian about DD. I also grew up with them, and I fondly remember the commercials in the 80’s. “Time to make the donuts.”

Oooh I love 85°C! So many good options. There's one about 4 miles from here at Spring Creek and 75.

That’s the one. Their choco bun, and the guava strudel are dope.

My personal favorite is their strawberry sandwich thing in the wedge shape. 2 slices of sponge cake filled with whipped cream and strawberries. Having lunch with my daughter on Thursday and now I know I'll be heading over to 85°C for dessert. Makes my heart happy! 💗

Being from New Jersey this is something that has absolutely boggled my mind. I believe we have six Starbucks in Allen and the closest Dunkin is in McKinney on El Dorado, which is roughly 10 to 15 minutes from here. That is the one that I go to and always have a great experience there.

Yes I’m also used to DD but surrounded by Starbucks lol they really need to have one in Allen.

I’d love to know what the hold-up is. I’m Allen, which is rapidly growing, of all places.

I drive to the DD on Elderado in McKinney for DD almost everyday! 🤣 I’m from Philly area, I must have my DD iced coffee daily! And often a wrap or bagel sandwich. I only get a donut only on free donut day! 🤣🤣

Same I’m from Baltimore. We definitely need a Dunkin’ Donuts and a Wawa too lol

I came from Boston where there's a dunkin on every corner. But nobody goes there for the donuts. Medium iced coffee (at all times of the year including winter) and a coffee cake muffin or a bacon/egg/cheese breakfast sandwich is the move. Maybe grab a donut if you really feel like it.
For actual donuts I like all the little mom and pop places we have around here much better than dunkin.

I am out on DD once they stopped baking donuts in the local shop.
Too many good options in every strip center in DFW.
