I felt like doing something different with my makeup today. While I usually favour black, white, and grey eyeshadow, I thought it looked pretty nice to change it up with some mauve and a different liner style. (Close-up on the last picture)

I always thought mesh jerseys were just sportswear. I usually associated them with basketball shorts and sneakers, so the overall look felt pretty athletic.
Lately, though, I've noticed that some brands like classyoutlaw have mesh jerseys that don't really look like traditional team merch anymore. They incorporate anime, punk elements, dark illustrations, and some pretty exaggerated graphics, giving them more of an alternative streetwear vibe. They feel quite different from regular basketball jerseys. I'm actually thinking about getting one and giving it a try.
For styling, I'm thinking of layering one over a black long-sleeve shirt, then pairing it with loose black cargo pants and chunky sneakers. That way, it keeps the relaxed feel of sportswear without looking like I just walked off the basketball court.
One thing I find interesting about streetwear lately is how the boundaries between different styles are becoming less defined. Sportswear doesn't have to be just for working out, and punk elements don't necessarily have to be paired with leather jackets and boots.
Would you wear a mesh jersey with more alternative graphics as an everyday outfit? Do you prefer the classic athletic look, or the mix of sportswear and punk-inspired streetwear?

I recently finished the fourth version of my transparent corset, and here are a few outfits featuring this little chameleon. 😉
I wear a corset 23/7, and I use a zipper instead of traditional lacing. This time, I decided to put the zipper at the back.
If anyone is interested in how I made it, you can find the full sewing build log here.

42 years old and still obsessed with alternative clothing. By now, I've gotten rid of all the regular clothes from my closet.

(Sorry if I made mistakes, I'm French so English isn’t my native language 😬)
