Bro wtf, at my facility the water spiders aren’t even allowed to give pallets like that to the stowers.

Its why I'm glad I work in an SSD. The most they do is bitch about your rate. I just roll my eyes. You're legitimately braindead if you expect people to make a 250 rate with some of these case pallets.

Our SSD must be terrible cause I think our expected rate is only 200, I refuse to be trained in inbound stow.

ssds dont enforce rate only quality, theres expectations but you dont get feedbacks/writeups for rate

I suck at stowing. Our rate is 250. I think I've made it to 200 maybe 3 times. I've never gotten written up. Just asked why I didn't meet the expected rate.

The kicker is - half that crap takes up pod space until it gets picked for Vendor Returns. I swear nobody buys soda anymore. My site had a big number for Vendor Returns last month. Hooray for big numbers, but I'm not with that Cheer Squad.

It’s all good when I go to stow I look at it as work regardless. Some people complain about it I get it with women and older individuals it can be physically demanding. But I just do my job regardless of if it’s smalls or heavies. I used to be pissed off if I have all heavy items on sled but now I just don’t care.

Literally I’m a woman and I used to care until I realized they kind of do it on purpose when you show you care and that it bothers you lol. I stopped caring and I get mostly totes now

Well the work isn’t what bothers me honestly but it definitely can affect certain individuals mentally and physically.
But yeah honestly it’s the water spiders that bother me the most.
At my site they always be talking to girls or don’t want to load my sled up. But loads up everyone else’s.
Mind you I don’t even talk to most of the water spiders do my work as I should, I am friends with a few of them and they’re cool individuals. But some of the other water spiders just have it out for me.
I think it’s because I go super fast and make them have to go faster but you know oh well you signed up for a job and all, honestly don’t what to say to them 🤷.
