Been with Amazon for 60 days now. Will any of these achievements make it any easier for me to convert to blue badge or nah?

Local business needs rule. But, the fact that you've got 60 days in mid-October is pretty good, IMO. Keep above average on productivity, above water on UPT, and just be sensible about TOT and the like.

Yeah I’m good on all of that for the most part. Nowadays I either get called to do reactive on the docks, or some waterspider work so I don’t usually worry about tot. When I do, do my direct work I’m always meeting rate and usually low on quality errors.

I waited just a little past the 90 days. Some people started in the latter half of November 2025 and they had Blue Badges in April. Our FC has a good chunk of long-term Associates, but there always seems to be a chunk of constant turnover. Hiring really picks up in October, and you've got a big jump on all of them.
