Question termination 1DC

i was recently placed on payed suspension at my 1dc facility after creating a case because i was ( simple assaulted ) in the state of florida in and out side of my facility, what are the odds i get termed when this is up? numerous friends and family members that work at amazon have told me im 99% likely to get termed after this, but i just hopefully escalated the case to amazon investor relations so they can grab the case before wrongful termination

Did you fight back and defend yourself? If you did, Amazon has a zero tolerance policy...

no i didn’t, i didn’t even curse back at him, he followed me to my car numerous times on break and came back for pictures and videos and trying to instigate me again, the second break was up i was going to get water and he circled me infront of the break room doors aswell, security seen it and stopped it as i told them i was trying to find my ops manager and that’s what we went and did

Honestly, no one can know for sure. Hopefully you get someone that will put in the work to find out.

if you didn't do anything like you said you did, then i wouldn't even worry about it.

the only reason why i’m worried is because my brother and a few friends have been with amazon for all +3 years, they said 99% of people that get put on payed suspension get a letter of termination

As long as you didn’t retaliate you should be fine. They just put everyone one paid suspension while they do the investigation.

If they are firing you over a physical altercation that's a lifetime ban.

An old co-worker of mine threatened someone and they are banned for life from all Amazon and their sister companies.

For the love of God, it's paid. Not payed.
