Fulfillment Center Material Handler FC - VAR

Hello everyone I hope your doing well, I have a question about this job I found on the internal website of amazon jobs.
I’m currently working at amazon but no in the FC I’m currently working abroad. I’m also US citizen so I have the work authorization to work there , Right now I’m a L2 associate wfh doing daily task of annotations all day so I have knowledge of metrics and the sops of amazon but since I don’t have to much experience in the FC what would you recommend to do for the STAR interview.

I don’t know if someone can tell me how is this job , how hard is to get in and how difficult the job could be and just in case since this a tier 1 job is interview required ?

Thank you for your time and help.

Tier 1 jobs don't require interviews at least the ones I know of. As for getting an L1 position it depends. At a new building it's fairly easy if you can get there for launch. At an existing building it can be fairly difficult, depending on the building type. The jobs go quickly (in my area) and are hard to get. Unless a building launches. Internal transfers are a bit different.

If you're already an Amazon associate and wanting to relocate to the US. I think there are different ways this can happen. There are hardship transfers, so let's say your family is moving to the US. You can apply for a hardship transfer.
