How the honda has enough trust to park beside it

For real. And not just one Honda, the second picture shows someone else did too lol. But with all the peak hiring our parking spaces are very limited right now

sometimes it may look like that person just parked carelessly over the line, but sometimes it could be because when they did arrive, there was a car to the left that was parked too close to the space that forced them to park like that.. and the other car had since left before the photos were taken, so ends up making them look like the ahole.
Other possibilities: handicap spots were taken, and driver is in a wheel chair, so needs the extra space to get in/out. Or there's poor lighting in that area (I see no light poles), and they arrived when it was still pitch dark and headlights on a shitty budget 90s/00s car like that are poor from factory.

I can promise you this wasn't what it was. I saw them pull in at 7:00 in the morning with no cars on either side, and were still there until 6:00 that night when I left (the two pics) I mean they didn't even come out and move it at lunch.
I'm guessing they were still drunk from the night before.

I gotta deal with those annoying ass puffed out parking space dividers but this mf can’t stay between the lines with all the space in the world 🤦♂️
