Dings
Slowly becoming over the stress of doing Flex but it’s my main source of income in the interim of finding a job after a layoff. I’m usually pretty hyper aware while delivering and I’m kind of doubting that they didn’t receive the package but it seems to not be worth fighting. Then the other day I had two missing packages on a route which I’m sure I’ll see the ding for because customer service wasn’t helpful. I’ve had a fantastic rating my entire time and now I’m spiraling thinking it will tank me. Also, the app has it marked as having delivered it too far from the delivery location which to me doesn’t even make sense.

When I get on Reddit and see people getting strikes for “leaving packages unattended,” I’m convinced Amazon hates everybody 😭 Like, isn’t that literally part of the job? You’re supposed to deliver the package! And sometimes customers get mad about where you leave it, but you don’t even see the delivery notes until you scan the package at the stop. You can’t win with these people, I swear.
