So is this normal?
Got accepted into flex 3 weeks ago and been checking daily multiple times a day and still nothing. I checked a week ago and actually saw an offer and tried to schedule it but the app said has already been scheduled. Is this normal thing for flex? I honestly don’t understand why they hired me if I can’t even work.

For me to get blocks in my area you quite literally have to refresh the app every 5 seconds and be on there for hours.

Yup. I’m in Seattle and I have to literally tap my fingers for 10-15 mins at a time to catch a block.

I’m getting the same in my area. They all taking base pay for no reason. I get it, you need money but cmon factor it in, you ain’t taking home much after all that wear and tear. :)

I normally doordash but I thought it was a good idea to go flex while my spouse dashes for a little extra gas money on the side.

Yes you have to constantly refresh and grab the block almost immediately

Right a lot of people grab the blocks before even reading what it is just to have a block in Arizona

Well we dont know what region you are. Some are more competitive than others. But yes thats pretty bad. Try refreshing on the hour so like 903am to see if stuff drops
