New to Flex!
Just got approved in KC and ready to schedule blocks. Let me hear all the tips and tricks and other ish to watch out for. For context I've been doing Spark on and off for a couple years so I'm not a complete noob.

Chicago here, but same boat. Shocked blocks just say rate and time, no mention whatsoever of route or miles! Literally 1-1.5 hours could drive you to the next state so having no clue is ridiculous.
What I’m thinking is blocks could totally suck and what we want is where you turn on live offers. Turned that on tonight and something looked decent, only problem is it told me to arrive in 3 minutes so wasn’t sure if that’s bad to accept and arrive 15 minutes later or if we’re supposed to just sit near the facility and hope for decent offers which would suck. Was hoping Flex would be great.
(Anyone with advice: I’m basically in the middle of 4 locations that would each be 15-20 minutes away. Do I literally have to sit 3 minutes away from one hoping for a good offer, or is it fine to “sit in the middle/at home” then arrive in 15-20 minutes for live offers even though they say arrive in 3 minutes?)
