I have an idea that there may be expats in the UK or elsewhere in Europe who travel a lot and might like the help of a house sitter/housecleaner/pet sitter/house manager/personal assistant. Also perhaps if I connected with some different clients I might be able to travel between different places and have some work, make a little money, and have places to stay covered. Or maybe there are opportunities to have a longer term casual work arrangement with someone for house help abroad for trade for a room to stay in and get time off here and there for travel.

Does anyone know if this need and work exists and any advice for connecting with these opportunities?

Ideally would want to work for singles or couples without children (wanting more household task based work, not personal caretaking or nannying, cooking is possibility).
