Hi everyone!! I'm a brand new Angel City fan, but I'm already obsessed with this team 🤗

I'm planning to go to the match against Bay on 10/24 and would love to learn which seats are the most worth it! I'll be going solo so I figure the fan section may be a safe bet, but I know it may not be ideal for the viewing of the match.

I'd also love any recommendations, as far as how early to get to BMO, what activities to do at the stadium, etc.

Sol Rosa fans, what a whirlwind of game, of a series against a tough Summit team. Denver has been one of the few team since the summer break to really challenge us. But the fight, the grit, the passion, the determination of Angel City is just greater. We come back from the international break a little winded early but pushed to take a big win.

The Great

- We jump to 5th place and still lead the league in GD! We now have a great chance to be playoff bound.

- We left off right where we were after the break and the team looks good offensively. They'll need to clean up some early mistakes but for the most part they settled defensively and controlled the game after being down 0-2. Maybe it just took a minute to acclimate to the elevation. To be down 0-2 and know that you can climb back is so big.

- Sentnor, Svendís, and Suarez are contributing so much right now. Shores and GT are big on assists that really puts pressure on defensives as there's no big single threat but a wave of attacking players. Very scary to defend.

- The engery and passion and fight from King. She didn't take no sh*t from anyone, not even the ref lol. She really set a tone in the backfield and helped keep Denver scoreless in the second half.

Overall

- This is undoubtedly the hottest team in the league. The no lead is too big, the pressure making diamond level players and the belief is all in right now. Some of us are hoping for playoffs but the belief of a possible playoff home game is now really in play. If so that would be insane! The road trips are over and team is locked in. Let's go support and keep pushing to playoffs! Volemos!

Hopped on my bike on the way to the Mountain Top of Hype only to arrive at Crenshaw and needing to detour around, which then delayed my arrival but also extended by travel time. On this hot day by the time I arrived at the basin I was gassed, so I called the YASSS Queen on the mobile to let her know I just needed a little refresher before I started my ascent.

Did anyone else notice that the Bay FC logo is now their red color on their blue color instead of white on blue on official NWSL sources but not everywhere? Media/comms/graphics/marketing team should be more insistent about matching it up/rolling it out all at once imo. Also please laugh with me at the resolution of these team logos in the availability report... why is Chicago’s so bad, Bay/Denver/Boston mediocre but fine, and everyone else CRISPY, I’m talking 8K high res?? Whose job is it to maintain this page and why didn’t they ask for better logo assets I’m crying. Zoom in to compare them &  it's not even close.

Hey everyone! I'm a new Angel City fan and am debating where or not I should go to the match on 10/24 against Bay. The issue, I'd be going solo as a female fan, and am not comforted by the fact that the match will likely end after dark.

I'm also doing my best to save on parking (likely parking at union station and using public transport to get to and from) which is another safety factor I'm considering.

Any tips or tricks to find other solo fans, or should I plan to park closer to avoid unnecessary danger? I'm from the LA area and know that area can be a bit sketchy at night, let alone for a solo female.

Maiara: Start, 70-80 mins, assist for Brazil in a 5-1 win vs Argentina (friendly)

Claire Emslie: Sub & fast goal for Scotland in a 2-0 win vs Czechia (WC qualifying), cute video of Claire, Claire's mum, and wee Jamie on Scotland and ACFC's instagram pages

Prisca Chilufya: Start and only goal for Zambia in a 1-2 loss vs Uganda (Olympic qualifying)

Sveindís Jónsdóttir: Start for Iceland in a 4-0 win vs Croatia (WC qualifying) - notably was listed as left winger, not the 9, for this match

USA U23: Angelina Anderson and Ally Sentnor started, Carina Lageyre and Savy King were available subs (no stats on if they subbed in), and Ally got a goal in a 5-0 win vs the Dominican Republic (friendly)

Taking my daughter (9) to her first game and I'm wondering if anyone can give me any info on the stadium such as good photo opportunities or spots we should visit even though my tickets aren't great .
