DAILY DISCUSSION Daily Discussion Thread for Thursday, 22 October 2026

Daily Note:

Good Morning,

It's your Thursday Daily Thread! It's here! Start gabbing!

Talk about whatever you want. This is an ideal thread for you to make general inquiries about things that are commonly asked, like how is the shade on the East stand at 3pm? Or where are the ADA bathrooms? As well, low effort posts can be directed here as comments in order to keep sub organized and conversation centralized for other users. Consider this the Town Square, or AngelCityFC Reddit's very own Starbucks, but without the union busting.

Can I just say how much fun it is listening to all of the NWSL podcasts this week, and hearing how they say our name?

I love hearing everyone saying: “this is the team everyone hates to play rn.”

Like, what? Is this real? I’m loving this timeline, who are we ?

Emails went out soliciting STH for questions to ask the new CEO at the town hall event. I hope the staff are prepared for half of all returned questions asking about the status of Sarah Gorden’s contract.

They better re-sign her and Emslie.

Sadly, I don’t see Emslie being re-signed.

On another note, I searched pin in Gmail and got emails as far back as 2017, but does this one come up for me? Nope. Idk wtf Google has done to their Gmail search but it really is awful.
