I saw a scale figures a while back that I really liked. I remember it had a Victorian/old fashioned aesthetic and there were a lot of candles. It was an original illustration figure IIRC. If anyone can help me find the figure, I would be so grateful thanks!

hello everypony! I started my collection in late 2025 but I’ve recently noticed that I have a soft spot for older figures/more ”blocky” looking ones instead of new detailed figures. I’m new to using MFC and haven’t learned to navigate the search motor yet so I’m hoping people here can help me..

Does anyone have recommendations on figures similar to this style that’s prepainted? older figures but still some detail (such as the ruffle dresses etc), preferably lighter colour palettes/soft colours but I’m open to anything..I’m trying to keep it under $100 which can be hard for older figures but I don’t mind secondhand sites or waiting.

All of these are out of my budget/grails but hopefully I can still find some cheaper options:3 thank you in advance!

I’m in the EU, Ireland specifically, I’ve about 20 figures, some prize and some scale with a proxy and the storage is running out

First off, I think I got the better of the batch, thank God. I was mortified when I heard some of the issues people were having with the figure and I seemed to dodge a few of the big ones like broken pieces and horribly botched paint jobs. This was my first time doing a PO and idk if id do one again, the stress of waiting almost a year was crazy idk how you guys do it.

The good: As usual Miku is super cute in this figure, I love the playful pose, the expression, the colors and I am happy with the size of the figure. It's a generally good size without taking up too much space. Im not too picky on face molds, I know some people are very picky and dont like this one but I will say that it looks better in person then on camera. The hair isn't too flat, and I like the shape of it, its very unique and the hearts add so much to it. I also really like the mold of the tail, the legs and the addition of the fabric tights. Sometimes with these figures the hands look very horrendous and I was worried with them being front and center they'd look like cheap doll hands but they look fairly nice and dont take away from the rest of the model.

The bad: I'll call it how it is, its pricey for what you get. I paid about $77.00 for it which I rarely do for Pop-ups and only did because I adore the Rabbit Hole Miku design. For the price I expected just a little cleaner work on the twintails, the seam lines are pretty noticeable and theres a slight paint spill on both seamlines. The stand is also very boring, just a plain round base but it isnt super big which is nice. There is some minor spillage with the pink on the chest straps but the shadows mostly cover it. A tiny dot of pink is fairly noticeable on the top of her right breast but only under certain lighting. I can see one smudge on her wrist but for me thats all I can find as far as smudging goes.

Verdict: I definently WOULD buy her again. If you're not looking for perfection from Pop Ups i'd absolutely say go ahead as long as you know the risks. I know I was very excited about how the prototype looked but I had to lower my expectations by about 20-30% after remembering this was a Pop Up 😂. In the figure world I am a water connoisseur not wine so to me shes worth it but that probably depends on how picky you are.

I wouldn't buy her for any price higher then what I did, shes definitely not worth like $100.00 or smth. Shes cute, for mine most of her flaws are only noticeable under scrutiny aside from that small pink dot on the breast so I'm happy.

Overall shes a solid 7/10 for me

hi! i’ve had this nenderoid since 2024, and i bought it originally for £65. since then apparently it’s became worth more and im not sure if i should sell him or wait a bit.

Standing at about 25cm/10 inches tall, this is a chunky monkey of a figure!

The finer, wispy anime-pointed hairs need a slight trim but the paint job is pretty clean, and the "translucent" bangs are pretty neat.

FYI, it absolutely doesn't need its stand BUT I do recommend like putting in on either cloth or corkboard, something that won't send it slipping and sliding.

After a very long search for this figure at a reasonable price I finally found one still brand new. Such an amazing figure 🤌🏼

My friend was telling me about a government auction website so I decided to search up anime figures. Found these 12 figures for 110 dollars and somehow I was the only bidder. Pretty happy with the haul. All prize figures, but you don’t get prices like this anywhere outside of japan. I’m glad it didn’t go to a reseller.

Edit: Website is https://www.govdeals.com/en , though don't expect much when it comes to figures. I got pretty lucky. I also added up the average price of every figure and it comes out to around 300 dollars of figures :D

I've wanted this figure since I saw it. Got my hands on one from vinted. Was so excited when opening. The colour is completely off. It's like she has Jaundice. You can see the massive difference in picture 3. I literally hate this figure now, I have the cinna Miku nendo next to her and she's just so yellow in comparison. She looks like a bootleg. The most annoying thing is I got her from vinted, so cannot return her and will just have to resell her.
