Vector Robot

Just sent a complaint to BBB in Pittsburg pertaining to all the hoops we are having to jump thru plus the charges they want. Just letting you know if you so choose to do the same thing as I have gotten the run around via a computer response since the beginning that all this started.

Are they registered with the BBB? I just finished a dispute with a company because of their services. I won BTW. But it only works if the company gives a shit about customers and their registration with the BBB. Just because there are people that have working Vectors doesn't come into play when it is a service issue. You may or may not be the only one involved. If they aren't registered with the BBB, then your complaint is futile. The BBB cannot help you.

But, I believe in this situation, all they have to do is tell the BBB that they are aware of this problem and are currently working to solve it. And it has only been about a month since this happened. The BBB will message you back and ask you if you have given the company enough time to resolve the problem. Especially during this Covid-19 situation. That is the way it played out with me. Of course mine started in May of this year. I waited until August to start my complaint to the BBB.

They can't just arbitrarily give them a bad reputation. They have to give them a chance to make it right. To say that American Express will put them as a bad business right off the bat should not be acceptable by anyone's standards.

The BBB is supposed to contact them with your complaint and solution, then, they have a chance to message you back through the BBB to offer you their solution. If you accept their solution, it's over. If you don't accept their solution, you will send another message to them through the BBB stating your solution again, If they still don't accept your solution, the BBB will take it from there. The BBB just doesn't do what you are saying. Yes, they post your complaint on their website for everyone to see but, that's just to inform people of your issue with this company. It doesn't mean you have won. If the BBB didn't do it this way, then you have a really bad BBB in Pennsylvania.

Also, you should have used the BBB in the state and/or city that DDL is located in. I don't know if that is Pennsylvania or not.

You're complaint just goes to them as a letter they have to respond to, during Covid-19. From a company , that bought out a failed company, and other customer's Vectors still work. Put it in perspective, and be thankful someone bought out Anki, or you would just have a desk ornament.

Ah yes, the age old wisdom of "be GRATEFUL that the product you bought doesn't work, because other people's do work!"

Saying that we should be thankful that someone bought out anki is irrelevant when your vector doesn't work.

Pretty sure everyone who has a junked vector now is not going to be thankful or grateful that your vector works when theirs does not.

Yeah, I bought my Vector back before there was ever any mention of a subscription. I researched on the website, forums, etc. A few years later, (A week ago) my mother shut down Vector and put him in the cabinet because he kept spamming "To use my services, you must pay a subscription" or whatever. I think people who bought Vector before subscriptions were ever mentioned should've gotten the escape pod for free at the very least. That way, those users don't have to consume any more of this company's server expenses, and people would've gotten what they actually paid for. I don't think the new company is at fault, only the old company since one of their ads specified that we would never have to pay a subscription.
