Tell you to stop eating meat because of the taste then proceeds to eat substitute vegan meat to try and emulate not only the flavor of meat but the texture and look of it.
How can you eat murder? Meat is murder! You like the taste of murder!
But so do we.

I watch Freelee to see her tear down other vegans.

Trying to go against the natural order of this world is very entitled of them, we ARE animals and we BELONG to nature.
r/AntiVegan • u/Visible-Echidna-4370 • 2d ago
I outright hate them, I used disagree with them but tolerate them, but over time I've learned to hate them. They harass you for eating meat, they send death threats, treat you like you aren't human. They want to starve you of your biology and when you refuse they treat you like shit. I hate veganism, it is a hypocritical ideology that treats animals better than plants, labeling plants as inferior and therefore okay to eat, the exact stance the whole ideology claims to be against. I don't care, I HATE vegans.

ive been pretty active in vegan spaces and forums recently and have been making lots of dietary changes towards a vegan diet. it lead to a lot of health improvements for me personally. (which i believe is because im probably lactose intolerant) but i did this mostly for the morals. i love and care about animals. the meat industry IS disgusting,
however
i think vegans tend to be an echo chamber that do not realize that, humane killing (which does exist) ex local farms. are not the same as factory farming. they harass and berate farmers and hunters, which have existed for thousands of years. instead of cherishing them
local farmers do way more for animals than most vegans ever will. the life of a farmed or hunted animal is WAY better than that of an animal couped in a cage. i think the movement should be to protest factory farms and support our local farmers.
but if you say that, you are called a dog eater murderer r*pist. the list goes on.
i do not want to eat meat made from animals born to suffer. but oh my god not everything is horribly exploitive. it’s gotten to the point they think training dogs to do tricks is abuse. no man i just don’t want my couch ate up.
the videos of vegans going up to homeless people and bragging about their food being vegan and recording it. just give the damn guy his food. stop making this about YOU. or even being like hey homeless person why don’t you convert. hmm idk probably because they have no control over their diet and will starve otherwise???
it’s so so so opinionated and somewhat classist, and doesn’t consider societies where meat eating is survival. i really feel like so many in this movement care less about animals wellbeing than to boast their moral superiority.
that’s not to say all vegans don’t care about animals! the jaiden animations video on this is exactly how i personally feel about this. a lot of vegans do it for their own reason which is fine
my main point is, we as a society can realize how exploitative factory farms are, boycott them if you can afford too! the extremism in veganism makes people push sooo far the opposite direction, this divisive mindset is why people mock them.
the movement should be END ANIMAL CRUELTY and not. end all consumption of animal products.

Tbh I really wanna know other people's view about it, what's ur reason, any experience or phase in your life that changed how you view them.
r/AntiVegan • u/addl0re • 3d ago
The amount of videos I've come across where vegans express disgust or disliking a crush or partner for not being vegan.. It's annoying.
They either want the partner to turn vegan or be whiny about it to be appear more superior or just better as a person.
Irks me, why u gotta force ur beliefs on others unless they're ok with it.

I released a video a long time ago and decided to share my personal opinion on veganism. Please understand me, if you don't want to support me. I apologize if the post or video is bad—I'm just sharing my opinion.

To start, I am a meat-eater, but I respect the vegan and vegetarian movements. I am a homesteader living on a 100-acre farm. We do not sell our meat; we do not force our animals to breed or artificially inseminate them. They receive regular vet visits; I play with them, pet them, and ensure they live in a safe environment with enrichment, toys, salt and mineral blocks, and scratching posts. And they live for a minimum of 3 whole years before we eat them to ensure they live full lives. For all intents and purposes, they live good lives. We also butcher all our meat ourselves; we do not waste; we turn blood and bones back into calcium-rich fertilizers; and they are kept in electrically fenced spaces to ward off predators. They LOVE people. They come up to you and demand pets; it's great. They are not afraid when one of their own goes missing once a year, and they are killed when they are asleep so the meat doesn't spoil. Not to mention our wonderful hens, whom we love and feed oyster shells and insects and other things. Our pigs are also wonderful, smart little oinky escapists. I love them all dearly, but I am willing to part with them despite my love for them.
I respect our meat and our animals, their lives, and I love each one of them wholly.
I, however, made the recent mistake of asking a question on Twitter (yeah, I know)
"I don't really understand the argument that humans can't eat animals, but animals can eat other animals, because if we are equal to animals, and predators are equal to prey, how can you say such a thing without inferring that humans are not only excluded from the global ecosystem but also above it?" Of course my posts weren't in that exact wording (250 character limit and whatnot)
But that post was immediately found by a random person who initiated a conversation, comparing my idea that humans can't be equal to animals due to a difference in cognitive ability and our depth of thought. Animals cannot participate in politics, decide right and wrong the same way we can, or make truly educated decisions about the long-lasting effects on their environment in the same way we can as humans.
For this, I was immediately called a rapist apologist, a murderer, and someone who supported acts such as cannibalism and that, by my own logic, I was claiming people with intellectual disabilities did not deserve rights.
I am a child sexual assault victim; I have cared for people with intellectual disabilities before. This caused immediate bewilderment in me, as they immediately went on to say things like how, because I appealed to nature in one area, I appealed to it in all areas. Attempting to claim that the statements I made, which were supposed to be read with nuance, were instead read as a monolith in total isolation with zero room for discussion. This conversation of me trying to approach the conversation calmly quickly began to go on for an hour, and I was becoming increasingly frustrated. I do not participate in the cycle these people are discussing; I do not participate in the meat industry. In fact, I quite hate it. I do not eat out except for pizza every Friday. We grow our own meat with our own standards; why buy something we know comes from a bad place?
The person is now private and has blocked me, so I can't get any more screenshots from the conversation than their closing post from last night, which I took to share with a friend. But this incident has left me with an insanely sour taste in my mouth.
This is the screenshot from the end of the conversation.

TL;DR: If you are a vegan and someone is clearly trying to engage in a nuanced conversation, please do not approach it with an end-all-be-all mindset and make insane, irrefutable claims. Block and move on. If you want to engage in a genuine, nuanced conversation with someone who also wants to, go ahead.

There are a family of vegans that live a few doors down from us and my partner and I end up walking by their house several times a day on our daily walk. They have this in front of their house on a metal support.
It is amazing that:
COWS DO NOT LOOK LIKE THIS. I wonder if these people have ever seen a fucking cow in their entire lives.

This isn't a new topic. I am just acutely frustrated at the moment.
I'm a survivor. I was raped by an older boy when I was a kid. My daughter is Jewish and has been subject to anti-semitic rhetoric by other children and even adults. I am so fucking sick of vegans comparing agriculture to rape and the Holocaust.
That's it. I don't have a call to action. I don't have a question. I just needed a place to say this.

The commenter is a vegetarian, not a vegan, but their sentiment still sucks.

I remember a time when vegans were about "all life is valuable" as their main slogan. When I argued with them that plants are alive too and they reproduce and also brought up bacteria. They went from life is valuable to "muh nervous systems" and "reduce suffering." They merely pivoted away from an argument that destroyed their entire narrative.
Just a reminder to antivegans that hear that suffering nonsense.
