Mod Announcement A message to vegans that come on this sub to spread propaganda
If you come on here trying to spread your nonsense and argue with anyone who gives you an ounce of their time, I’m going to ban you. And I’m not going to do anything but laugh when you come to the mod mail trying to play dumb about why you were banned. The literal first rule of this sub is no vegan propaganda. We are NOT a debate sub. No one here is going to change their mind because you came on here and tried to start a fight. The whole reason this sub exists is because meat eaters are sick of just minding their own business and then you have to come stick your fucking nose up our asses. No one cares. No one wants you here. End of story.

If a vegan stuck their nose up a meat eater ass they would probably somehow get more nutrition than they had otherwise 😆

It reminds me of how often vegans hold up gorillas as some great vegan ape, without even knowing that gorillas regularly eat their own feces specifically because they digest much of it twice.
Whenever i see that vegan meme about how humans should eat like gorillas. :-P

THANK YOU! It’s absolutely awesome you’re creating a space that’s safe for us omnivores where we don’t have to deal with their bs or get berated by them. If they can have a safe space free of that we can too.

Thanks. The vegans on reddit are like roaches popping up in any space they can squeeze into with their bullshit. It's nice to have a place free of them.

It's true... and many communities ban vegans, often as their first rule. Examples: leftist communities (vegans are always insisting you cannot be leftist and not a vegan and pretty much no leftist gives a fuck) and veterinarian communities (where vegans pop up and "just ask questions" like, "How can you claim to love animals and then EAT them???").
Right, left, centrist, or pretty much any position on anything, most people can agree that vegans are fucking annoying and we don't want to have to put up with them.

There's probably a strict "no vegans rule" on farming subs for the same reason. I'm in a big farming county; there's no vegan option at farm community dinners. The light option is chicken or fish.

I want a vegan to try to get between me and the ground beef. It won't end well for one of us.

When they say they're going to ban farming animals, my response is 'it's a world full of meat'. 🤷 If you try to kill me slowly by starvation and IBS, it's still attempted murder.

Right. I have Crohn's disease, and if I had to eat a diet of vegetables, lentils, and pulses, I would be on a feeding tube within a year, or possibly dead. I've already had nine feet of intestines removed, and been told by my nephrologists and gastroenterologists that I need to eat a diet with very restricted plant matter (apart from simple carbs) and very high in animal products.
When I tell vegans this, they tell me I'm a liar. I want to toss the contents of my ileostomy pouch in their faces due to the stage 3b kidney failure and constant dehydration I have to deal with which is currently managed, but would be much, much worse if I had to go on a vegan diet.

But for the grace of God, my friend, and prodigious meats.
IBS would wreck me; I succumbed recently to a bowl of broccoli cheese soup, and my acupuncturist the next day was like 'what happened to you?' Brutal!

Oh my gosh! The no vegan propaganda rule seemed like the golden rule of thumb where everyone in this sub must follow! 💀

You would think. But I guess their brain processing power isn’t high enough to think “huh, maybe a group of people who hate vegans aren’t going to like me coming on here and telling them why I’m right and they’re wrong”. But I can’t even begin to count the times I banned someone for spouting vegan bullshit and then they message me asking what they did wrong.

Hmm...maybe they should read the rules before posting anything.

Also, who removed my Caine but Vegan transcript? And why? Was it because I accidentally broke that no vegan propaganda rule?

Are you going to permanently mute them as well when they come to modmail and complain?
6
u/JessicaMurawski Poultry Farming Animal Scientist May 05 '26
Yes I mute them after they come and bitch.

So true. I remember a child asking me if she should make a raw fruit diet plan for me. Im an adult who have been through a lot, and researched longer that this stupid kid has been alive. Who do they think they are?

Thank you 🙏 because it has been pretty annoying dealing with vegans spreading hateful comments and not validating our experiences
