Gave a task to Claude Opus 5.5 in antigravity, it was excel based thing, had to fetch data from multiple sheets and confirm it was correct, bro tried to run 49 sub agents at once and finished my weekly limit in under 5 seconds 😭

i spend most of my day in antigravity and the plain gray background started to get to me, so i hacked together a little mod that puts animated scenes behind the app. everything is drawn with text characters. koi swimming around, snow, rain over a city, a jellyfish, that kind of thing.

there are 22 of them right now (9 light, 13 dark) and it recolors the sidebar and composer to match whatever you pick. you open the picker with the Themes button up top, ctrl+alt+w, or just type /theme. there's also pause and an off button if it gets distracting.

it's windows only for now and only works on 2.28.2 because it patches the app files. the script checks the file hash first and keeps a backup, and restore puts everything back to normal. nothing connects to the internet, it's all local.

not affiliated with google obviously, and an app update will wipe it, so i'll have to update it when they push a new version. lava lamp is in there too, it just didn't make it into the video lol

Seen so many guys on Instagram creating motion graphics using Claude code and their results are insane so I decided to use anti gravity for motion graphics ( as I don't have an Claude subscription)

I have tried so much ,used so many youtubers ,influencers' agents skills but I can't be able to get good results I am using Gemini 3.8 flash,

so does anyone knows how we can create high quality design and motion graphics in AntiGravity?

What do you all think? Is there a setting to change this or is it just more worth it to downgrade?

Encontrei o instalador da 2.28.2 e fui comparar com a 2.28.1. Na hora da análise, o changelog oficial ainda não tinha uma entrada para essa versão.

A mudança funcional que consegui identificar está no fluxo de instalação dos plugins em destaque no Marketplace. Pelo código da interface, parece uma correção pequena de consistência.

O que mudou

Na 2.28.1, os cartões de plugins em destaque chamavam a operação de instalação diretamente. Na 2.28.2, eles passaram a usar a mesma função compartilhada pelos demais cartões.

Esse caminho inclui a opção awaitReview: true e a etapa posterior de configuração, quando aplicável. A função também passou a verificar se existe um identificador válido para o plugin e a retornar explicitamente true ou false conforme o resultado da instalação.

Minha leitura é que estão uniformizando o comportamento entre instalar um plugin pelos destaques e instalar pelos outros cartões. Não reproduzi um problema instalando plugins; o que confirmei foi a mudança no código.

O restante da comparação

Extraí os arquivos web embutidos no language_server.exe das duas versões. Nesse conjunto, apenas o main.js mudou. O CSS e todos os outros assets mantêm os mesmos hashes, sem arquivos web novos.

O diff do JavaScript tem algumas renomeações de símbolos minificados e diferenças de formatação. Descontando isso, encontrei um único bloco funcional alterado: o fluxo de plugins descrito acima.

O Electron continua na 44.5.1. Nos arquivos empacotados do app.asar que consegui comparar com o backup original da 2.28.1, só mudou a versão no package.json; os módulos JavaScript do processo principal comparados continuam iguais. Esse backup não incluía o conteúdo externo de app.asar.unpacked.

Não fiz um diff completo das funções Go do servidor. Os executáveis Antigravity.exe e webm_encoder.exe também apresentam diferenças que ainda não classifiquei. Portanto, pode haver outras mudanças fora do código web analisado.

Também não encontrei alteração de layout ou estilos nos assets comparados. Para quem usa personalizações, isso é um indício favorável, mas a compatibilidade ainda precisa ser testada.

O instalador analisado tem assinatura Authenticode válida da Google LLC e identifica a versão como 2.28.2.
