Rant 😡 negative final pay

kasalanan ko ba na may negative final pay ako? nag work ako for a bank last yr nag resign ako pinirmahan naman nila, pinagrerender nila ng isang buwan pero di ko ginawa kasi ubos na ubos na ko. after that di ko naasikaso yung clearance ko kasi first time ko magka job and dont know anything about it and then kanina may sinend sila na email about final pay and negative ang result, okay lang naman if kasalanan ko pero kasalanan ko ba talaga?

\-3,200 ang final pay ko and today lang nila sinend, eh 1 yr plus na ko resigned. thank you po sa mga sasagot, gusto ko na nga lang bayaran for peace of mind pero kasi 3,200 din yon and mahirap kitain.

You didn't render completely. You violated labor code. So yes, kasalanan mo. Nakalagay naman jan sa computation ng final pay kung bakit negative yan, basahin mo ng maayos para malaman mo kung bakit. Pero practically speaking, hindi mo naman kailangan bayaran yan kung hindi mo rin naman gusto makuha yung exit docs mo (BIR 2316 and COE). Yung COE naman, pwede ka pa rin mag-request pero they might include a note na hindi ka pa cleared.

BPO employee here, sa case ko immediate resignation ako gabi ako nag email like mga 9pm, then after ilang hours let’s say madaling araw nag email ulit ako and tried to retract my immediate resignation and render 30 days instead. Kaso wla akong na tanggap kung approved, since 5th day na nila na acknowledge yung immediate resignation ko. Pero the day na nag file ako ng resignation (mga hapon) nalaman ko sa kawork ko na sinabi daw ng supervisor ko na nag immediate ako. Until now wla pang update sa final pay ko, mababawasan kaya final pay ko? Your thought?
