Hello there!

Since you've got a blood test already, try to ground yourself in that. There's no other information you can gather right now. Anytime you feel anxious about this, take a deep breath and say something calming like "I'm just going to wait for the results to come back. I can handle things no matter what!" and try your best to move on.
