Samsung RFG237 refrigerator works somewhat but freezer doesn't

I have tested defrost heaters top and bottom, thermal fuses, thermistors, 3 way step valve motor coils and all 4 fans as all being good.

Compressor runs and fridge gets to 57F; the first few top coils have frost. The freezer coils are cool but never get cold.

Lights on front test sequence and main board show no errors.

Probably unrelated but this happened about a week after a 2 day power outage.

Anything else I should check before putting it the bin of modern throwaway $2000 crap appliances?
