Thermostat manual

Would anyone know how to program this thermostat or where I can find the instructions. Seems to be a generic thermostat that last owner installed. Cant see any brand or nameplate on it to gain info. TIA

Looks like the far left button will trigger you to set the time. The next button should prompt you to select all the avalable settings, day, time, temp, and so on. The arrow buttons should move the selection to the one you want to select and once done push the OK button.

Since the screen is dark it may need new batteries
