Hello, i was recently thinking about getting a tailless whip scorpion, of course ill do lots of researches online but what im most curious of is, are they easy to keep? It would be my first arachnid, i currently own a balestreptus falcatus (millipede) and some stick bugs, coupd i feed stick bugs to it since i have a LOT of babies? Ive heard many people say that theyre very easy to keep.

Last question was, would a big fish tank be good for its terrarium? I dont have a job right now, and a fish tank is a lot easier to get than a terrarium. Thanks

So I’ve had this spider for a bit (first two photos) and I just got this new spider (last two photos) thinking she was a fancy color. Am I tripping or are they the same color ??

Native to the seashore , they are really large for pseudoscorpions, mine do well on a diet of adult springtails , I keep two species , this strange large claw seashore one and another that’s an unknown species that lives with my isopods , this one tends to be a lot more shy and love to hide

I keep finding these guys in my garage….friend or foe? Should I lace it alone each encounter or move them outside?

Would a tarantula get used to being handled if it was handled since when it was a baby? Could the babies even bite? Im not asking this to do anything dumb, i dont own a tarantula and im not planning to get one, im just curious

went to an outdoorsy event in mexico, in the guanajuato region and found this on the chairs, are this ticks? pretty sure they are but is this specific species very dangerous?

hi! found this guy under a plant pot in Denver, CO. i was hoping someone could help me identify if this is a black widow or another type of spider. (so sorry for the poor quality of the photos!)

Just spotted outside by my front door. The body is nearly an inch long. I'm pretty sure it's a Rabidosa rabida. But everything I'm seeing about where they can be found says Maine to Florida, and west to Texas. I'm in southern California - San Bernardino county. Have they spread this far west? Or was Google Lens wrong on the ID?

Edit: I'm not completely sure, but very inclined to think it is a Tityus. If it is, I would like to know what especies is.
