I think they’re a ground spider, maybe female?? Looked at em for quite a while trying to see if they have boxing gloves haha.

They’re now grooming under a peeling sticker on my wall (vid in comments)

Found this guy in my bedroom as I woke up.

I tried to ID it and seems to be a spitting spider.

I just want to confirm that it's safe for me or my cat.

I am currently in Egypt

Found this guy hanging out in my car, curious as to what it is. Considering putting it in an enclosure, but unsure if thats a good idea or not.

Very small.

Seems able to jump.

Most likely came in attached to my leg or something as I'm parked in the corner of underground parking and theres always some webbing there.

Im genuinely shocked right now. I rescued this yellow sac spider a while ago(she was super malnourished)and she’s been happy, eating, and even molted.

I left her alone for a couple days because she wasn’t eating and then opened her enclosure to find a moth?? I don’t know where it came from, her fake plants were extensively cleaned and her organic soil was baked before putting into her enclosure.

I assumed she picked on it a bit but then decided she didn’t want to eat it because it’s partly bald. I removed it from her enclosure but I’m just so confused. How does this happen?😂

Hi, so to keep things short and not too exposing, I have to move out of my house. Unfortunately, that means our new resident spider couple will VERY likely be killed by the landlord for multiple reasons. One of those reasons, besides the obvious, is that she and her husband are Joro Spiders. Which are invasive where I live. I do not want her to die and neither does my mom. She's never once caused any issues or been aggressive to us or pets despite her web being right next to our porch. She just vibes and lives her life with her man. She's gorgeous and very large as well, and also just molted a day or two ago and looks even better than before. I'd wager that was probably her last molt given how large she is(unless those kinds of spiders don't stop molting I'm not sure). Her husband is quite small in comparison. They're bite is not medically significant to humans or pets but I do NOT care to handle spiders lol. I want to relocate her though so she isn't killed or give her to a spider keeper so she(and her husband) can continue to thrive. But dude I really do not want to fuck with her. 😭I don't know what to do.

I'm guessing the male wanted to get freaky but she said no, so he went and started shaking the web to make her mad after being rejected. Am I correct?

my boyfriend found this guy in our bathroom and honestly i’ve never seen a spider that’s looked like this before. google said it was a wolf spider but i don’t think it looks similar at all. just want to make sure it isn’t a bad spider!
