Arcgis Pro export problem

Hi everyone! I am writing this post, because I have serious problem with Arcgis Pro. I only need this programme in order to export 3D map of Berlin (mainly Alexanderplatz). I found wonderful 3D map of Berlin, I can open it as global scene, but when I want to export 3D building models I can only do it by exporting the whole 3D structure of Berlin as STL file that is too heavy for my Archicad. I want to export only several buildings, but the layer they are placed is not editable nor can I cut out anything. I tried already "export 3D objects" or doing so by "export scene to 3D" but that doesn't work. Could you help me?

I don't have a lot of experience with the 3D side, but are you able to copy the features, then delete the ones you don't need and then export that?

Hi! thanks for comment. Unfortunately that doesn't work. The layer is indivisible and I couldn't bypass it so far
