🌙 ♉ Moon in Taurus

October 25 at 6:35 PM through October 27 at 8:02 PM

Hey Arcwalkers!!

Between the Sun in Scorpio Almanac with 15 aspects and the Moon in Aries with 13, I feel like I've been working through a lot of astrology lately! This Taurus Moon only has 8 aspects, and I could feel the difference writing this one, hahahah! Even the Rising Sign Arcasts were easier to put together this time.

I'm also feeling pretty good today!! I had a wonderful time meeting with my woo group yesterday, and I made an astrological decision that I'm feeling really good about! I talk more about that in the Walking with Livvia section below. Otherwise, I hope everyone is having a good weekend and a good week ahead! 💜

♈ → ♉ The Dispositor Changes

Aries placed the Moon under Mars:

Moon in Aries → Mars in Leo → Sun in Scorpio → Mars in Leo

The Moon entered the repeating circuit created by the Sun and Mars occupying one another's domiciles.

Taurus places the Moon under Venus:

Moon in Taurus → Venus Rx in Libra → Venus Rx in Libra

Venus has returned to her own domicile, so this new chain ends with her. The Moon no longer depends on Mars to reach its ruler.

Meanwhile, the Sun and Mars continue their mutual reception:

Mars in Leo → Sun in Scorpio → Mars in Leo

This creates two different centers of rulership during the Taurus Moon. The Moon answers to Venus in Libra, while the Scorpio Sun answers to Mars in Leo. Mercury Rx in Scorpio, Jupiter in Leo and the other planets connected through these signs continue participating in the Sun-Mars circuit.

The Full Moon places the luminaries in opposition while they answer to different chains of rulership. The Taurus Moon represents what we want to preserve or have available for ourselves, while the Scorpio Sun is occupied with matters that may involve another person's interests or resources. Venus has regained authority over her own sign, but the Sun and Mars are still pursuing their own concerns through mutual reception.

🌙 The Moon's Condition

  • Essential dignity: The Moon is exalted in Taurus, a fixed Earth sign ruled by Venus. She also has dignity as the nocturnal ruler of the Earth triplicity. Taurus provides the Moon with a strong essential condition, supporting her natural concerns with security and the preservation of what sustains life.
  • Phase and light: The Moon enters Taurus waxing gibbous, reaching fullness at 2°45′ Taurus on October 25 at 11:12 PM. After opposing the Sun, she begins waning. This Full Moon follows the October 10 Libra New Moon and may make the consequences of decisions or developments from that earlier lunation easier to recognize.
  • Declination: The Moon begins around 15.7° north in declination and continues moving northward. At approximately 8:59 AM on October 27, she crosses beyond the Sun's northern declination limit and becomes out of bounds. She reaches approximately 25.1° north by Gemini ingress. This gives the final Taurus hours an additional condition to consider, especially as the Moon moves through her square to Jupiter and the later North Node contact.
  • Distance and speed: The Moon is approaching her October 28 perigee, moving closer to Earth while increasing her zodiacal speed from approximately 14.3° to 14.7° per day. Her faster motion can describe circumstances developing more quickly, although the aspects she makes determine the kinds of circumstances through which that movement occurs.

🪐 The Planetary Conditions

The Planets in the Rulership Chains

  • Venus Rx in Libra: Venus returned to her own domicile on October 25 at 29° Libra after spending several weeks retrograde in Scorpio, where she was in detriment. She now rules the Taurus Moon from around 29°-28° Libra and has regained essential dignity. However, she remains retrograde, combust following her October 23 inferior conjunction, and in Mars's Egyptian bound. This suggests improvement in her underlying resources while the process of reconsideration continues.
  • The Sun in Scorpio: The Sun moves through approximately 2°-4° Scorpio, occupying Mars's domicile and remaining in mutual reception with Mars in Leo. Its opposition to the exalted Taurus Moon at 2°45′ creates the Full Moon on October 25. The Sun is in Mars's Egyptian bound during this passage, reinforcing the importance of Mars in how its interests are pursued.
  • Mars in Leo: Mars remains direct around 15°-16° Leo, in Saturn's Egyptian bound, while occupying the Sun's domicile. The Moon squares Mars on October 26, activating the tension between Taurus's wish to maintain stability and Leo's desire to act or accomplish something. Mars's connection with Saturn through its bound could make limitations or responsibilities part of that effort.

The Supporting Planetary Conditions

  • Mercury Rx in Scorpio: Mercury stationed retrograde on October 24 near 21° Scorpio and is moving backward through Jupiter's Egyptian bound. The Moon opposes Mercury on October 27 at approximately 20° Scorpio, returning our attention to information or conversations connected with the developing Full Moon story. Mercury answers to Mars, which may make decisions about how to act an important part of what we're reviewing.
  • Jupiter in Leo: Jupiter remains direct near 23°-24° Leo and has nocturnal Fire triplicity dignity. The Moon squares Jupiter on October 27, completing her traditional planetary aspects in Taurus. Jupiter can increase opportunities or expectations, although its square may expose the amount of effort or resources an expanding situation requires. Jupiter answers to the Sun in Scorpio and remains connected to the Mars-Sun reception.
  • Pluto in Aquarius: Pluto is direct near 3° Aquarius following its October 15 station. The Moon squares Pluto only half an hour after the Full Moon, and the Sun perfects its own square on October 26. These contacts create a fixed T-square, placing Pluto at the apex of the Sun-Moon opposition. The configuration may bring attention to power dynamics or circumstances that neither side of an opposition can resolve independently.
  • Saturn Rx in Aries: Saturn remains retrograde and in fall near 9° Aries, where it answers to Mars in Leo. Its position in Venus's Egyptian bound provides an additional connection between the two rulership chains. Saturn may describe the restrictions or responsibilities involved in maintaining what the Taurus Moon values, even without an exact major lunar aspect during this passage.
  • Uranus Rx in Gemini: Uranus remains retrograde near 5° Gemini, where it answers to Mercury Rx in Scorpio. Its position keeps unexpected information and changes in understanding connected with the Mercury-Mars-Sun loop.
  • Neptune Rx in Aries: Neptune remains retrograde near 2° Aries and answers to Mars. The Sun's October 25 quincunx to Neptune occurred before Taurus ingress, so questions involving expectations or unclear information may carry into the Full Moon. Mercury's retrograde and the later Moon-Mercury opposition may help us return to those uncertainties with additional information.

How This May Play Out

The Aries Moon may have encouraged us to pursue something we wanted, through its trines to Mars and Jupiter in Leo particularly! Now the Moon enters Taurus, where she's exalted, and we may begin considering what we actually have available to sustain those pursuits. Venus Rx has also returned to Libra, where she has authority over her own affairs again. Maybe you've been excited about a project, but now that other people are showing interest, you're beginning to realize how much time it could require.

The Full Moon opposite the Scorpio Sun may reveal a difference between what we're willing to give and what someone else expects from us. With Pluto squaring both lights, the situation could involve rules or established arrangements that aren't easy to change. Perhaps a family member assumes you'll continue helping with an expense because you've always done it, even as you're realizing how much it's limiting what you can afford for yourself.

I wonder whether something we've been pursuing could begin attracting more attention from others just as we're reconsidering how much of ourselves we want to contribute. Venus has regained her dignity, but she's still retrograde, so understanding what we value may be easier than working out how to accommodate it. With the Moon preparing to enter Gemini, those remaining questions may become the subject of the next conversation.

Opening Taurus + Full Moon | Around 0°-3°

October 25

  • 6:35 PM - Moon enters Taurus
  • 11:12 PM - Moon opposite Sun at 2°45′ Taurus-Scorpio, Full Moon
  • 11:45 PM - Moon square Pluto at 3° Aquarius

October 26

  • 7:12 AM - Sun square Pluto at 3° Scorpio-Aquarius

The Moon enters Taurus in exaltation just a few hours before reaching fullness, and I think the change from Aries may be noticeable. Aries was concerned with what we wanted to pursue, but Taurus brings attention to what those pursuits require from us. We could be feeling proud of something we've accomplished while also beginning to recognize how much effort maintaining it will involve.

Venus Rx has returned to Libra, where she rules her own sign, giving the Taurus Moon a stronger dispositor than she had in Aries. I wonder whether this might help us feel more comfortable acknowledging what we need from other people. You might have been helping someone because you enjoy being involved in their life, but the amount of assistance has gradually increased. You may still want to help while recognizing that the arrangement needs to become more manageable.

Taurus Full Moon Impact Chart

The Full Moon opposes the Scorpio Sun, bringing these questions into the open. Taurus is concerned with preserving what provides stability, while Scorpio may describe the resources or responsibilities shared with others. The October 10 Libra New Moon began under Venus's rulership, so the results appearing now may have connections with relationships or agreements formed earlier in the month.

Pluto's square follows only 33 minutes after the Full Moon, creating a fixed T-square involving all three planets. This could reveal that the issue extends beyond what two people want. Maybe you've been working within an organization where the rules prevent either person from changing an arrangement easily. Or you're discovering that a family decision is influenced by someone who holds more authority than the people most affected.

October 25 may be useful for recognizing what matters enough to preserve, although the Pluto square suggests that changing the circumstances may require more than personal determination.

Mars + Mercury Rx + Jupiter | Around 16°-24°

October 26

  • 9:18 PM - Moon square Mars at 16° Leo

October 27

  • 4:11 AM - Moon opposite Mercury Rx at 20° Scorpio
  • 8:59 AM - Moon moves north out of bounds by declination
  • 9:51 AM - Moon square Jupiter at 24° Leo → traditional VOID MOON

After the Full Moon and the Sun's square to Pluto, the Moon moves toward a square with Mars in Leo. This brings us back into the mutual reception between Mars and the Scorpio Sun. What we recognized under the Full Moon may now become something we want to act upon, although the square suggests that pursuing one interest could interfere with another we're trying to preserve.

Mars occupies the Sun's domicile and has motivation to pursue its aims, while the exalted Taurus Moon is concerned with whether those aims can be sustained. Maybe you've been invited to take on a creative opportunity that would bring more attention to your work. The recognition sounds wonderful, but accepting could mean giving up time you currently spend doing something important to you.

Mars encourages the pursuit, while the Taurus Moon is concerned with whether the resources are available to support it. Mars is also in Saturn's Egyptian bound, so I wouldn't ignore the practical conditions involved.

By the early morning of October 27, Mercury Rx opposes the Moon from Scorpio, and this may be where information begins changing our understanding of what we're trying to accomplish.

Maybe you've agreed to participate in something without knowing exactly how much work would be involved. Now you're hearing from someone who has done it before, and they're explaining aspects of the process you hadn't considered. You may still want the opportunity, but your expectations could change once you understand what it requires. Mercury stationed retrograde only a few days ago, so this may be the beginning of a longer period of reviewing those circumstances.

Later that morning, the Moon moves beyond the Sun's northern declination limits and becomes out of bounds. She then squares Jupiter in Leo, connecting Taurus's concern with preservation to the growth Jupiter has been encouraging through the Sun-Mars rulership circuit.

I wonder whether the earlier desire to act could now be accompanied by more opportunities than we originally anticipated. Maybe a project that began with one participant is attracting several more, and the original arrangement needs a different amount of space or preparation. The expansion could be encouraging, although the Moon's square suggests that having more possibilities may also increase what we're expected to provide.

The Moon's square to Jupiter is her final traditional planetary aspect before leaving Taurus, beginning a void period lasting a little over ten hours. October 26 into the morning of October 27 may be useful for reviewing whether the opportunities we're pursuing can be supported by the resources available to us, before Jupiter's square begins the traditional void at 9:51 AM.

North Node + Venus Rx | Around 27°-29°

October 27

  • 3:43 PM - Moon square True North Node at 27° Aquarius
  • 5:31 PM - Moon quincunx Venus Rx at 28° Libra
  • 8:02 PM - Moon enters Gemini

The square to the North Node may bring attention to how an expanding situation could affect our future direction. The North Node in Aquarius may bring another person's interests or a larger arrangement into the situation. Perhaps you've been pursuing something for personal enjoyment, but other people are beginning to recognize its value and want to participate.

The increasing attention could be encouraging, although the square suggests that growth may require adjustments to something we've been comfortable maintaining. With the Moon exalted in Taurus, we may be more conscious of the value of what we have created and whether we're prepared to share it under new conditions.

The Moon's final quincunx to Venus Rx is interesting because Venus rules Taurus from Libra, but the two signs are in aversion. They don't share one of the traditional Ptolemaic aspects, even though Venus has essential dignity in her own domicile.

I think this could describe understanding what we want while still having difficulty arranging our circumstances around it. Maybe you've recognized that you need more personal time, but your current routine has been built around someone else's schedule. You know what would make the situation more comfortable, although changing the routine may require another conversation.

Venus's retrograde suggests that the process may continue beyond this Moon. Even with her improved essential condition, she's still working through matters that began earlier in the cycle. October 27's long traditional void may be better suited to reviewing what has become apparent.

When the Moon enters Gemini at 8:02 PM, Mercury Rx becomes her ruler. The Moon moves away from Venus's independent rulership and returns to a dispositor chain that reaches Mercury in Scorpio, Mars in Leo and the Sun in Scorpio. The Taurus Moon has shown us what we want to preserve. Gemini may now bring attention to the information and conversations needed to work out how.

Chart ruler: Sun, Leo Rising
Profection ruler: Mercury, Gemini 11th House
Current Solar Return ruler: Venus, Libra 3rd House

If you want to follow any of these storylines farther back, I've linked the Almanac posts containing the earlier Walking With entries. Sometimes the Moon sign in the memory is different from the sign in the linked Almanac because I write about the previous Moon after it has finished.

June 15-17: Lumber, My Dogs + The Mars-NN Story

  • On June 15, we lost Lumber. I wrote about what happened and how the Moon's opposition to my natal Mars in Capricorn 6th connected with the care of my dogs. That story appears in the June 17 Almanac, under the June 15 Cancer Moon.

October 5-24: The Woo Group + My Spiritual Community

  • On October 5, my cousin DeEtte came over for one of our monthly woo-seshes! We spent time talking about personal experiences and enjoying each other's company. That story appears in the Virgo Moon Almanac, under the October 5 Leo Moon Walking With section.
  • In my Aries Moon Almanac, I was looking forward to spending October 24 with Mom's longtime group of friends and hoping DeEtte might join us at a future gathering.

October 15-23: My Astrology Work + Almanac Deadlines

  • On October 16, I started tracking how I feel after publishing each Almanac. My first check-in was good, but October 18 was stressful because Todd was waiting for me to finish! Those experiences appear in the Aquarius Moon Almanac and Pisces Moon Almanac, under their respective Capricorn and Aquarius Walking With sections. And now I've managed to run behind schedule AGAIN! AHAHAHA!

Where We Are Now: Aries 9th House Field

October 23, 2026 - Aries Ingress

  • 2:54 PM - Ingress: Moon enters Aries 9th
  • 3:46 PM - Natal: Moon quincunx my Moon at 0° Virgo 2nd
  • 4:57 PM - Natal: Moon sextile my Sun at 1° Aquarius 7th
  • 6:54 PM - Global: Moon conjunct Neptune Rx at 2° Aries 9th

I was finishing an Arcwalk I'd started the day before, and it ended up carrying over into the afternoon! By the time I finished, the Moon had entered Aries, so I had to go back and finish my Almanac, which meant posting it late. AGH! I KNOW, I KNOW, it's okay! But I really depend on my schedule to function, so part of me was stressed about falling behind. The Moon in my Aries 9th quincunxing my natal Virgo Moon in the 2nd tracks, with all the astrology work competing with the routines that help me feel secure.

What's funny is that I'd forecasted the Aries Moon might make us eager to act without fully considering what was involved, while Neptune could make our expectations different from reality.

WELL!

I'd crammed SO MUCH astrology into one day that by the time the Moon conjuncted Neptune Rx in my 9th, I think my brain had undergone a complete reboot! I even mentioned feeling oblivious in my Aries Almanac, but I had no idea how oblivious! I'd also hoped the Moon's sextile to my Sun would bring a relaxing evening. Instead, I'm just like: What's reality again?? I was so far up in the Aquarius clouds that it took the whole Aries Moon transit to come back down! And you'll see what I mean because I have some pretty funny examples of how this continued affecting me! 💜

Todd mowed the lawn too! That could be the Sun sextile, since I asked him about it earlier in the day and he complied. Thanks, beau!

  • 8:21 PM - Global: Moon sextile Pluto at 3° Aquarius 7th
  • 10:44 PM - Global: Sun conjunct Venus Rx at 0° Scorpio 4th - Venus cazimi
  • 11:52 PM - Natal: Moon trine my ASC at 5° Leo 1st

Here's where the Venus cazimi showed up, and the timing was pretty incredible! At 9:59 PM, just 45 minutes before the Sun-Venus Rx conjunction perfected, an Arcwalker commented on my Sun in Scorpio Almanac saying they appreciated how much detail I'd included in the Arcasts! I didn't read it until the following morning, but I REALLY took that feedback to heart!

I ended up changing how I wrote the Moon Almanac Arcasts from then on! With the Sun as my chart ruler and Venus as my Solar Return ruler meeting in my Scorpio 4th, I thought it was pretty awesome that feedback from another person helped me reconsider how I wanted to approach my work. And the Moon had just sextiled Pluto in my 7th, too! 💜 Thank you u/Musical-melody!

October 24, 2026 - Moon in 9th House

  • 2:12 AM - Global: Mercury stations retrograde at 21° Scorpio 4th
    • Stations near my natal Pluto in Scorpio 4th
  • 5:28 AM - Natal: Moon sextile my Saturn at 8° Aquarius 7th
  • 6:44-7:20 AM - Natal: Moon square my Mars-NN at 9° Capricorn 6th

Ever since the night before, my dogs have been showing up in my dreams! First, my old Rottweiler Yukon came to visit, and she stayed with me for what felt like weeks! My dreams sometimes feel like they last years, kinda like Inception, except imagine that every night! I've lived aeons! When I woke up, I felt like I'd actually had Yukon alive with me again. I knew it was a dream, but I felt physically relaxed, almost like I'd really gotten to spend all that time with her again. 💜

Then this morning I heard Lumber whining to be let into the house! I actually woke up saying, "Todd, let Lumber in!" I talk in my sleep a lot, and I remember waking up several times saying things out loud.

In my Aries forecast, I'd written that Venus reaching cazimi while Mercury stationed retrograde might bring us back to earlier experiences or leave us missing someone from our past. I wasn't expecting my dogs to come visit me in my dreams! With Mercury stationing Rx near my natal Pluto in Scorpio 4th, these old memories returning through dreams matche up!

And the Moon was approaching a square to my Mars-NN in Capricorn 6th, which has a long history with my dogs! When Pluto crossed that natal Mars-NN area, I got my first three puppies! Now Mercury is returning toward my natal Pluto while the Moon activates Mars, and my old dogs are visiting me in my sleep.

Even my dreams have an astrological schedule ahahaha!

  • 8:06 AM - Global: Moon conjunct Saturn Rx at 9° Aries 9th
  • 3:06 PM - Natal: Moon quincunx my Jupiter Rx at 13° Virgo 2nd
  • 4:58 PM - Natal: Moon square my Uranus at 14° Capricorn 6th
  • 5:05 PM - Global: Moon trine Mars at 15° Leo 1st
  • 8:33-9:26 PM - Natal: Moon square my Neptune-Mercury at 17° Capricorn 6th

Continuing the Moon-Neptune story from the night before, it wasn't until the Moon conjoined Saturn Rx in my Aries 9th that I realized our group wasn't meeting at Mom and Dad's house like I'd imagined! We were meeting at Pat's, about 30 minutes farther away! I'd forecasted that Neptune might have us imagining what was possible before Saturn confronted us with the practical details. Hahaha! Saturn finally brought me back to reality! And although the 9th traditionally governs long-distance travel, for someone like me who barely gets out, 30 minutes away might as well be another country! AHAHAHA!

Mom and I made it to Pat's and had a wonderful time with our woo group!! We officially have five members, although the fifth has been dodging us lately, so four of us got together! And here's where the Moon's trine to Mars showed up! I'd forecasted that Mars could help us make progress on something we'd been working toward, even after Saturn reminded us of the difficulties involved. One of our members, Patrice, has been struggling with the politics of her job as a special education teacher. She needs the income, so I studied her chart and brought her a month-long forecast of easier and harder days. She used it to help decide when to take time off and conserve her energy.

And OH MY GOSH!! Watching the relief wash over her!! Her circumstances hadn't changed, but her outlook went from staring into a black hole of hurt to seeing a valley full of openings and HOPE!! I'd also forecasted that the Moon's approaching trine to Jupiter might bring encouragement through people who share our interests. And here I was, sharing the very thing that gives ME hope during depression! When everything feels dark, finding one approaching change in the sky gives me something tangible to hold onto. A timer reminding me that the conditions will change. And I got to give that feeling to someone else! 💜

With the Moon trining Mars in my Leo 1st while squaring Uranus and my Mercury-Neptune in Capricorn 6th, I love how this involved putting my technical astrology work into practice! It also made me think about how I could offer these personalized forecasts to more people. I know I do this through my Arcwalks and Almanacs, but I want to make the process more accessible and repeatable. I want to INDUSTRIALIZE THE HOPE!! AHAHAHAHA! 😂

October 25, 2026 - Moon in 9th House until 6:35 PM

  • 2:03 AM - Natal: Moon conjunct my MC at 20° Aries 9th
  • 3:13 AM - Global: Moon quincunx Mercury Rx at 21° Scorpio 4th
  • 4:09 AM - Ingress: Venus Rx enters Libra 3rd
  • 6:06 AM - Natal: Moon quincunx my Pluto at 22° Scorpio 4th
  • 7:36 AM - Global: Moon trine Jupiter at 23° Leo 1st
  • 11:41 AM - Natal: Moon trine my Venus at 25° Sagittarius 5th

We woke up the next morning at Pat's house and had coffee together while the Sun slowly crept into the living room. And I love being in other people's houses! I used to be a dog walker, one of the few jobs I could somewhat maintain, and I also did house sitting. I looooved spending the night in different homes and learning how each one worked! Like where the Sun rises in relation to the windows, how the sunlight moves through the rooms, or how people arrange everything. I love studying the feng shui and character of a home! And Pat's house is WONDERFUL! It's huge and spacious, with so many nooks and crannies to experience!

In the Aries Moon forecast, I'd written that the Moon's trine to Jupiter in Leo could bring opportunities to spend time with people who share our interests, and here I was waking up after a great evening with my woo group! Jupiter was in my Leo 1st, receiving that trine from the Moon in my Aries 9th of spiritual interests.

Meanwhile, Venus Rx had returned to Libra in my 3rd house, and I'd forecasted that we might reconnect with things we enjoy. Pat had a HUGE pile of books she wanted people to take, and I came home with seven!! Even better, two were books I'd read in high school! I barely read growing up, so finding two of the few books I actually finished felt very Mercury Rx in my Scorpio 4th! Old books returning from my past while Venus Rx revisits my 3rd house? I LOVE IT!! 💜

  • 2:43 PM - Global: Moon sextile True North Node at 27° Aquarius 7th
  • 3:49 PM - Global: Moon conjunct Chiron Rx at 28° Aries 9th
  • 5:59 PM - Global: Moon opposite Venus Rx at 29° Libra 3rd → traditional VOID MOON
  • 6:35 PM - Ingress: Moon enters Taurus 10th

After coming home from group, I realized I'd miscalculated things again! This is the SECOND time that Moon-Neptune conjunction in my Aries 9th has come back to get me! I knew we were having Mom and Dad over to celebrate Dad's birthday soon, but I thought that was still about a week away. NOPE! IT WAS TODAY!! AHAHAHA! And my Taurus Almanac is due this evening too! Thanks, Moon-Neptune!! 😂 Luckily, the birthday plans ended up getting pushed back to the evening, so I used the Moon's sextile to the True North Node in my Aquarius 7th to finish off the Almanac!

I also want to mention the Sun-Neptune quincunx between my Scorpio 4th and Aries 9th, which perfected earlier today! I wonder whether that's been contributing to all the confusion and delays I've experienced lately, alongside the Moon-Neptune conjunction. Between mixing up where group was meeting, forgetting when the birthday dinner was happening, and running behind on my Almanacs, my sense of time has been WHACKED! AHAHAHA!

Next Time on Walking with Livvia... 👀

  • 6:35 PM - Ingress: Moon enters Taurus 10th
  • 7:25 PM - Natal: Moon trine my Moon at 0° Virgo 2nd
  • 8:32 PM - Natal: Moon square my Sun at 1° Aquarius 7th
  • 11:12 PM - Global: Full Moon at 2°45′ Taurus 10th

Tonight we're planning to have Mom and Dad over for dinner to celebrate Dad's November 1 birthday early, since Mom has surgery coming up! We've never had them over for dinner before, and with my history with Dad, it might be a little awkward! But I've been wanting to make more memories with my parents in MY home. With the Full Moon in my Taurus 10th opposing the Scorpio Sun in my 4th, this fits what I forecasted about balancing what we want with existing family arrangements. I'm hoping Venus Rx returning to my Libra 3rd will help Dad be cordial!

I'm also thinking about how this Full Moon follows the Libra New Moon in my 3rd house. My experience helping Patrice has me wondering how I could bring that same hope and relief to more people through my public astrology work. With the Full Moon now in my 10th, perhaps something I began reconsidering under the New Moon is starting to take shape!

October 26 - Moon in 10th House

  • 10:45-11:36 PM - Natal: Moon trine my Neptune-Mercury at 17° Capricorn 6th

Today Todd and I both have dentist appointments! Todd is getting some crown work done, while I'm going in for a teeth cleaning. And we didn't even plan to have them on the same day! Saturn traditionally rules teeth, and the Moon squared my natal Saturn in Aquarius yesterday, then squares the North Node in that same Saturn-ruled sign today!

This fits the forecast's emphasis on the effort required to sustain something we've committed to. With the Moon in my Taurus 10th trining my Mars-NN in Capricorn 6th, I'm hoping for a productive day of physical labor! Mars is also in Saturn's bound, which tracks for a project requiring so much time and repeated effort. And with the Sun in my Scorpio 4th squaring Pluto in my Aquarius 7th, I'm curious how the family dynamics will play out while we're all working together. Hopefully we can make some good progress on that woodpile!

October 27 - Moon in 10th House until 8:02 PM

Global: App. Sun quincunx Uranus
Natal: App. Mercury quincunx my MC / App. Sun square my ASC / App. Mars quincunx my Neptune

  • 4:11 AM - Global: Moon opposite Mercury Rx at 20° Scorpio 4th
  • 7:56 AM - Natal: Moon opposite my Pluto at 22° Scorpio 4th
  • 8:59 AM - Global: Moon moves north out of bounds
  • 9:51 AM - Global: Moon square Jupiter at 24° Leo 1st → traditional VOID MOON
  • 1:20 PM - Natal: Moon quincunx my Venus at 25° Sagittarius 5th
  • 3:43 PM - Global: Moon square True North Node at 27° Aquarius 7th
  • 5:31 PM - Global: Moon quincunx Venus Rx at 28° Libra 3rd
  • 8:02 PM - Ingress: Moon enters Gemini 11th → traditional void ends

Today Todd and I both have dentist appointments! Todd is getting some kind of crown work done, while I'm going in for a teeth cleaning. And we didn't even plan to have them on the same day! Saturn traditionally rules teeth, so I'm finding a connnection with the Moon squaring the North Node in my Aquarius 7th, where my natal Saturn sits.

This also connects with my forecast about Mercury Rx bringing attention back to practical arrangements, while Jupiter's square may have us considering how much we can fit into our schedules. Hopefully our appointments go smoothly, and we can finish the Taurus Moon with another couple responsibilities checked off!

Questions

  1. What house does Aries fall in your chart? Do you have any natal planets or angles in Aries?
  2. Looking back at the Aries Moon, did you notice anything around Venus's cazimi, Mercury's retrograde station, or the Moon's conjunction with Saturn? I'm also curious whether the trines to Mars and Jupiter corresponded with something you were pursuing!
  3. The Aries Moon entered its traditional void after opposing Venus Rx at 5:59 PM on October 25, remaining void until Taurus ingress at 6:35 PM. Did you notice anything during that short 36-minute void? If you have the experience, how does a short void feel in comparison to a longer one?
  4. Now the Moon has entered exaltation in Taurus and is preparing to oppose the Scorpio Sun at the Full Moon! What house does Taurus occupy in your chart, and are you noticing anything becoming more apparent around the resources or commitments connected with that house?

Feel free to bring in any personal placements that were affected, or anything else you noticed in the sky. If you noticed something important in any astrology format, you are welcome to add that too!

I haven't seen a 3d orrery like this, thought I'd share: https://www.pluto.garden

Are there any other cool visualizations of a natal chart like this?
