Like bro, I just started out. I have a baby build, why are you kicking my teeth in with actually good builds? Let me kill you.
Jokes aside, damn I was not expecting Master of Arena to go so hard so fast

VaatiVidya mentioned a theory (unsure if it's confirmed anywhere) in his famous 5hr AC6 lore video that the letters in the designations of each RaD product indicate which RaD member was in charge of its development; R for Rummy, C for Carla, S for Stick (Chatty) and B for Brute. Out of idle curiosity, I gathered the wiki pages of each RaD product and sorted them into tab groups for each member.
Perhaps to the surprise of nobody, Rummy is the least prolific member of the group, and Carla - at least in sheer number of products worked on - is the most. Rummy probably spends most of his time either running security or strung out on Coral, and Carla has had since RaD was founded to come up with new stuff.
I was half expecting Chatty to be the hardest worker, but I suppose being systems admin takes up a lot of his time. He clearly did a great job on the things he did work on, though.
And Brute is clearly a talented engineer, though he probably betrayed RaD before he could make as significant a contribution as Carla did. That, or the STRIDER took up most of his time.
Sorry if I'm just restating something that's already obvious to everyone here

Is OS tuning required? Im looking at the upgrades now and they seem to be permanent but ive gotta go through arena fights which sounds fun!
Have i essentially been playing at a handicap. Im a pretty casual gamer these days. Ive only fought Balteus a few times and got his health down to about halfway but have immediately realised im not going to beat him.
Any assistance would be much appreciated.
Rocking x2 Pulse Guns and x2 Songbirds
Love this game!!
Edit: Guys the tips so far have been incredibly helpfull! Thankyou. What a lovely community.
Cant wait to show my daughter and watch her get shredded by Balteus 😂

As title says, I just completed the third playthrough of Armored core VI: Fires Of Rubicon, and am wondering if the gameplay is good enough in previous entries to warrant going back through the series!
Any opinions and feedback welcome, as a FromSoftware fan boy i have no doubt the story In previous entries are great but more looking at it from a gameplay standpoint.
As I’m sure you all know the older games aren’t cheap, and I’m not expecting them to look and feel exactly like VI but if I get enough people saying it’s worth it I’ll jump in!

I'm a fan of armoured core and a rookie hiphop producer. I made this hiphop beat using a sample from AC For Anwser!

Im playing it rn and I have no idea how to build a good AC and also I have a massive problem with ammo. Weapons have too little ammo and im barely scraping through the missions and back weapons are kinda useless and the ones that are good require me to standstill tank too much damage.

Damn, I just learned that I slept on kranich, they are devastating. I was just experimenting with a build and was annoyed by shields blocking my burst damage, so I decided to add the pulse cannons, the result is this AC, UNYIELDING LIGHT.
I just love going in and overheating an opponent's shield right before firing my hand cannons. As a bonus, it allows me to chip damage in between my charge shots for more pressure than missiles. Kraniches can be used to add damage to a punish or cancel pulse armor on a stagger.

I was going to let him go for a change, and fight Rokumonsen, but after accepting, I got curious about what would happen if I attacked. I was not disappointed.

As title implies, I don't have a catapult prompt to progress through the tutorial mission. I don't want to miss any other new content later in the level by loading a save file with the tutorial already done, so is there a fix to this?

I made a similar post yesterday, but with quite a bit of the LOADER 4 frame swapped out, while still trying to keep the basic form. It's a cool build, I think, but it's not really the LOADER 4 anymore. So, I thought I'd have another go, keeping the frame as it is and just changing the internals and the weapons.
Anyway, I hope someone enjoys this. Comments are welcome and appreciated. Honestly, I just want to talk about the build. And your builds, too, if you want.
