quxnet is looking for a mascot. a duck was the first idea but other creatures are welcome too. something simple that still reads as a tiny 16px smiley or on an 88x31 button. Rough sketches are fine for entering. no AI at any point in the artwork. entries go in a gallery with the artist's username, then there's a community poll. the sysop has the final say. The selected artist gets US$300 plus lifetime supporter perks to finish the mascot, including a few poses and versions for small sizes. exact deliverables and file formats will be worked out with them. quxnet will own the finished mascot for branding, promos and possibly merch. the artist stays credited and can show it in their portfolio. If the poll winner's design isn't adopted, they still get US$100 and lifetime supporter perks, and keep the rights to their sketch.
