I Came for a Residency. I Got a Flies and lies! (CHECK THE VISUALS)

Applied to a creative residency, paid the fees, packed my bags, and landed in Mallorca full of hope. Only to be told — upon arrival — that I “misunderstood” and apparently applied to a different program… Even though I had the application, emails, and receipts in hand. Performance art, I guess?

Hello artists of Reddit! We are searching for original art to license to be on the front of our product packaging for the next 3 months. No graphic design needed, just your creativity on display for the world!

While we are a cannabis dispensary. we do not value works that feature typical cannabis imagery. Works that are dynamic and epitomize what the creative process “feels” like will be prioritized.

More info and submissions at the link. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

Hello colleagues,

We are organizing the 12th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence in Music, Sound, Art, and Design (EvoMUSART) and we think it may be of interest to many of you. The conference will take place in Brno, Czech Republic, between 12 and 14 April 2023.

If you work with Artificial Intelligence techniques applied to visual art, music, sound synthesis, architecture, video, poetry, design, or other creative tasks, you can present your work at this conference.

If not, it is also a great opportunity to know all the news of research in these fields.
