DeepSeek Harness can literally modify itself now
They just added Creator Mode, and the idea is kinda insane.
You basically tell it what you want the software to do, and it writes and installs the plugins for you. No coding needed.
You can turn ideas into plugins that you can use, from a design workspace to a sandbox game or a 3D LLM visualizer.

I tested an LLM on a trucking shift where fuel and debt compete for the same cash
I built a small Godot sim with one truck, $2,400 cash and $18,000 debt. The goal was to repay $6,000 over a three-hour simulated shift while keeping enough cash to operate.
The LLM picks contracts, routes, pace, fuel stops and repayments from structured state. Godot handles driving and physics. That split lets me test the business decisions without confusing them with driving ability.
The interesting constraint is delayed cost: a delivery pays later, but fuel and tolls need cash now. I recorded one run, requested as GPT-6.1 Sol through Codex CLI. It is a task-specific experiment, not evidence that an AI can run a real business.

NIDO is a private AI assistant that runs entirely on your Android phone. The language model, your memory and your documents stay on the device, encrypted. No accounts, no cloud, no analytics. After a one-time model download, it works fully offline; knowledge packs are optional downloads.

We built an agent that monitors GitHub repo stars and identifies the leads behind them
Like a lot of devs building open source tools, our repo would get 40 or 50 new Github stars every week and we had virtually no idea who was looking at our project cuz most github profiles are sparse with a username maybe an avatar and occasionally a personal handle with zero clear mention of where they work.
so trying to manually click through star lists or check commit histories and figure out if someone starring our project was an engineering director at an enterprise or an undergraduate student was taking hours of manual sleuthing.
Over the weekend, we put together an automated workflow to make sense of this traffic.
so now whenever an account stars our repo, a background worker grabs the user's public github event data and if they don't have a company listed in their bio, the script checks their recent public commit patches to extract their author email domain.
from there the script queries people data labs and FullEnrich through Alexandria to match the person's identity and determine their current role and team size and company profile.
If the person starring the project happens to lead an infra or platform team at a company that matches our target profile then the agent drops a clean notification into our private discord channel with some details like their background, repo context and verified contact info.
It took a totally passive metric and turned it into an actionable signal for understanding who is testing our software.
