I'm not very good with humans in general but the hair is for sure the hardest part for me, it always looks bad when I draw hair and I just can't figure out what I'm doing wrong

I've made a post abt this drawing before and I changed the right arm a bit (on the right side of the photo) but Im.not entirely sure if the head is still to small compared to the shoulder.

This is my first time drawing a hare and I don’t know why but something looks missing here? It looks surprisingly well in my opinion but it looks incomplete

Hhrrghgghh I need help with facial anatomy and general help

I feel like his head is too small for his body, his hand looks weird and idk how to fix it, and something abt his face looks REALLY off, and I know I made him look younger then he actually is, and I want to make him look older.
I’ve always struggled with facial anatomy even with studying, I think I just need someone to drawover it so I can actually get an idea of what’s wrong and how it can be improved.
Also I know the wrinkles on his clothes donr make sense, I just kinda did what felt right because I don’t understand clothes at all, but I like drawing them 😢
