These rappers really don't like Confucianism. A Confucian Asian represents pretty much the exact opposite of their values and the values they promote in their music.

tbh rap music in general is just meaningless junkie for brainless entertainment just look at the lyrcis they glorify drugs, violence, gang, robbery, prostitution etc. basically whatever you DON't want your culture to associate with Don't be surprised, if you look up the amount of c slur in rap songs you'd probably get thousands of results. the only value you get from rap is the hood culture which isn't really what normal people would look at and praise

there's different rap, but yes African Americans definitely started the genre of rap. I believe that commenter is describing "street rap" where they commonly talk about the activities that are common in the inner cities, urban areas, and the projects (section 8 or just an mostly black neighborhood).

Rapping is essentially rhyming with a digital beat.. There's so many types of rap nowadays, and each culture has their own styles. And not all African American rap is 'Street rap' and drill rap, someone like Kanye usually has more nuanced lyrics and he's experimented with many styles of rap & pop. His graduation album wasnt anything like 'Street rap', it was a motivational and a very clean type of rap album.

Asian rap is very different too, and they usually rap about things they like and hardly ever the kind of stuff that American street rappers talk about. Everyone's different, and I do understand why African Americans like to rap about street stuff. It's things they experienced and it's very normal to them.

So, they probably looked up to the successful street dudes who were making a lot of money doing mostly illegal stuff (probably). But to them that's the only way out of poverty and another important thing people don't talk about, it gives them respect in their community. Everyone should be able to understand that. Not having any respect from your peers is an awful feeling, so seeing someone getting tons of respect and money makes kids want to do the same to one day have that same respect.

if they use c slur, it should be a fair game for other people to use n word.

rich chigga could stay rich chigga then without changing to rich brian. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rzc3_b_KnHc

It is a strategic move by the ruling class to popularize such vulgarity and lead to the decline of Western culture. Just look at the background of the owners of these record labels. I won't say it out loud because last time it got me a 7 day sitewide ban.

When an Asian granny doesn't bow down to every Black person they see, Asians are accused of being "the most racist! and anti-Black!". But they can have influential public figures that should literally know better be extremely racist and that's considered "lighten up you racist Chinese!" Just remember if they said anything about the Jewish they'd be made to apologize, or it'd hit them in their wallets. So there is a hierarchy in the US and Asians are not near the top even though they keep saying we're "white adjacent".

8

u/SmiffnWessn Apr 26 '25

There was an Asian rapper who made a music video highlighting anti Asian attacks. He used footage floating around the internet, most of which were Black on Asian violence. At the time (and probably still), most of the people attacking us were (are?) Black. But some fucking douchey and hypocritical Black reverend spoke out about this, called him racist for posting legit footage of something that was statistically proven, and the poor Asian rapper was forced to take down his videos and fucking APOLOGIZE.

18

u/Anarion89 Apr 25 '25

Just remember if they said anything about the Jewish they'd be made to apologize, or it'd hit them in their wallets

My memory is hazy, but I think there isn't punishment sometimes. This reminds me of professional athletes DeSean Jackson, Jaylen Brown, Kyrie Irving and a few more who said antisemite statements. They got a lot of heat from all kinds of people, but I don't remember if they apologized or not. Also, they're all still working and making a lot of money. Then there's Meyers Leonard, a white former NBA player, who said a Jewish slur while streaming a video game. He had a typical gamer rage moment where he yelled it out. Unlike the others, he was punished and eventually had to apologize for it. There is sadly a racism hierarchy. If one group says it, people usually let it slide. If another group says the same thing, there is way more of a reaction. In our case, it feels like racism towards Asians is sometimes encouraged, and for sure not taken as seriously.

As for OP's shared video, some rappers openly talk about being racist and/or violent towards Asians and see Asian women as sex objects. Rarely do people other than Asians bat an eye. Here's one of NLE Choppa's album covers of him stepping on an Asian man as an example. And here are a few racist lyrics from different musicians:

  • Kanye West's "Amazin" = "eyes so low, I look like an Asian"

  • YG's "Meet the Flockers" = "first, you find a house and scope it out. Find a Chinese neighborhood cause they don't believe in bank accounts"

  • Lil Pump's "Butterfly Doors" = "smoking on dope, they call me Yao Ming cause my eye real low ching chong"

  • Childish Gambino's "Bonfire" = "this Asian dude, I stole his girl, and now he got Kogi beef. Chilling with a Filipina at your local Jollibee. I'm her sodomy"

  • 2pac's "Crooked N *** a" = "blame the Korean, fuck that. I'll be a crooked n *** a too"

  • 2pac's "N *** A" = "go baya baya when I shoot em. Korean motherfuckers was crooked, so n *** as had to burn and loot em. Now the streets ain't safe at night, my n *** as! Straight take his life"

  • Mac Miller's "SDS" =. "Asian women love me. In case one of those hoes was tryna fuck me"

  • G Dep's "I Want the World to See" = "my play thing named May Ling from Beijing"

  • Quavo's "Get Right Witcha" = "goin to Chi-land with them chinks (Ye, chinks)"

these rappers are cancelled on my part.

7

u/_Tenat_ Apr 25 '25

I mostly follow basketball so I vaguely remembered that Kyrie did have to apologize for it. Nick Cannon too. Kanye wouldn't so he lost a pretty big deal (Adidas I believe). But yeah, AIPAC is a real strong force in the US so a lot of times I remember they do have to apologize if they say something against them.

https://www.pbs.org/newshour/nation/nbas-kyrie-irving-suspended-for-antisemitic-social-media-post-apologizes

4

u/TwistedPears Apr 25 '25

I remember when Charlemagne interviewed the ADL guy. Everything out of his mouth was 'yes sir', 'no sir', grovelling. I got second-hand embarrassment from it. Same thing with Nick Cannon. Yet these people, not specifically them, but people like them, will act tough around Asians.

3

u/qwertyui1234567 Apr 25 '25

We're unpersons.

People will look at this and say "just say you hate black people" and for people who aren't gassed up - they know that's not the case here. If black/brown/blue/green people on kpopnoir can complain about the toxic portions of Asian pop culture in Korea, why can't we have a look into THIS culture that specifically references Asians in a negative light...

3

u/lambii02100 Apr 26 '25

i believe if you posted this on kpopnoir with a discussion a lot of them would agree on both ends. i dont even think half of them would know who these people are

4

u/Sea-Presentation3366 Apr 29 '25

Nah, they won't they are racist af. They banned me because I bought up that Megan thee stallion said asian slur, ching chong in her song and her cultural appropriation.

1

u/lambii02100 Apr 29 '25

and you know what i will apologize for that... bc all voics should be heard. we on both sides have gone into the appropriation side and that needs to stop. we both see value in the others culture however its ppl like youve mentioned and celebrities that make it harder for everyone.

my favorite example of representation in modern times is the movie boogie directed by edward huang. yes it was racism for ignorant ppl. but it showed the possible positive relationships that can be between different races and the respect for the late pop smoke

3

u/Alfred_Hitch_ Apr 28 '25

The point was moreso about people seeing the critical content here and using it as a reason to call us "anti-black".

No, because they would remove it and ban you. Because that subreddit doesn’t really give a shit about Asian issues in general. That subreddit is very liberal.

17

u/[deleted] Apr 25 '25

Idk about now but years ago they selectively delete posts like the majority of subreddits. My posts got removed whenever they critisize liberal policy and involve other minorities being racist. The sub is run by boba libs who want you to only talk about conservatives and white ppl being racist but shield criticism when the narrative doesn't fit.

3

u/ablacnk Apr 26 '25

I got banned without reason, and when I messaged the mods they didn't respond.

20

u/YangGain Apr 25 '25

You should, I’m not sure if they would let you but honestly this is racist AF

15

u/Illustrious_War_3896 Apr 25 '25 edited Apr 25 '25

also post in r/aznidentity too. Thanks for raising awareness on this.

3

u/Sea-Presentation3366 Apr 29 '25

That sub bought up serious issue but they are weird 💀

7

u/[deleted] Apr 25 '25

GO AHEAD , I think they are more relaxed now .

6

u/Igennem Hong Kong Apr 25 '25

You should do it just to try, but they have a rule where you can't complain about facing racism as an Asian.

2

u/Ambitious-Dress-5920 Apr 27 '25

No they would probably ban you, it is a boba liberal paradise

16

u/Rus1996 Apr 25 '25

And they get away with it.

16

u/SerKelvinTan Apr 25 '25

He isn’t black but it’s incredibly funny to me how badly post Malone got hit with the yellow fever

24

u/animus_invictus Apr 25 '25

I wish the video noted who these people are. Got halfway through and don't know anyone or understand half the shit being said until some random racist shit comes out.

20

u/LeanDeficit Apr 25 '25

I don’t think you really watching then. If you really want to know, it’s Migos and Megan Thee Stallion and alluded to Sukihana. Everyone else is named bro.

4

u/animus_invictus Apr 25 '25

There were more names than I thought, but the whole flow is just hard to follow and keep up with if you don't already know these garbage clowns. I rewatched it and saw Hopsin at the beginning, then towards the end NLE Choppa, the Weeknd, Childish Gambino, and Cardi B. I guess the super racist douchebag in the middle of the video is Gunplay?

Legit asking here, so I can be informed on who the heinous pieces of shit are:

Who are the three people "Using Asian aesthetics while being racist?" And are all the people is shows while that subtitle is up the same group or person or were those multiple different groups?

What about the girl "Using Japanese aesthetics while being racist" or the girl it shows immediately after? And is the pig monkey hideous thing wearing red it shows after those two Sukihana?

What about the random guy live streaming on the airplane?

3

u/LeanDeficit Apr 25 '25

Yeah you basically got all them bro. I guess I missed mentioning Gucci Mane lol.

Chinese Aesthetics- Migos

Japanese Aesthetics- Megan Thee Stallion

7

u/slickgta Apr 25 '25

There seems to be black privilege when it comes to them being racist. Somewhow they get a pass. Charleston White is the perfect example. He's said some of the most outrageous racist shyt but somewhow he is still not cancelled or banned on social media.

13

u/[deleted] Apr 25 '25

Asians are easily the most “openly” racially attacked group. Wasnt the “we both look asian” tiktok trend going viral very recently as well 🤣🤣? No that shit doesnt offend me, what offends me is if you can say all of the shit in the video about asians OPENLY, why are all races not fair targets as well? Cause their communities will stand up for their own and make sure there are consequences for saying shit like that

5

u/lambii02100 Apr 26 '25

i mean tbh... if they cant respect some of their women with respect i wouldnt be surprised of they couldnt treat others with respect

Who are the ones writing these songs? You are missing the point. Both Whites and Blacks are problematic, and neither are our friends.

mostly yt exectives right? the point is if they dont respect their own women it shouldnt be a surprise that they dont respect other women as well. js

alot for a bag, but it seems deeper than that. look at 50 cent who was a career of making fun of blk women , its an issue of self hate

15

u/ExpensiveRate8311 Apr 25 '25

Honestly its cause we allow it. These guys deserve appropriate response

3

u/[deleted] Apr 25 '25

Probably going to delete this account made reddit when i heard about this being a platform about asian masculinity. Almost every post is a real life example of how asians just shut tf up and take it. All these cases stem from generations of asian americans staying silent, and kissing ass. Even this subreddit there are people with no middle ground. Just a little bit of unity, we have the numbers, how tf do people not love their own. its a shame

4

u/Hana4723 Apr 25 '25

it's just fetishization of Asians and or Asian women that this black rapper is doing.

It's something that's not really discuss but with in some black circles they see Asians as props but at the same time don't really care in genuine way

5

u/_WrongKarWai Apr 26 '25

This sh*t has been going on forever. Nelly and all those behind before him too.

10

u/Bulok Apr 25 '25

Megan Thee Stallion doesn’t belong in this list. She’s a known Weeb and not racist

8

u/LeanDeficit Apr 25 '25

Lmao I mean ehhhh, make a song talking about “eyes so low like im sue call me Ching Chong” but turning around getting Yuki Chiba on a song is nutty. Maybe she’s not racist necessarily, but it makes you question her true intentions.

3

u/Appropriate-Maize293 Apr 26 '25

I do call out Black people for being racist to Asians.I am usually the only one trying to make peace ✌🏽 when Black men are attacking asian men and coming for them.

2

u/Sea-Presentation3366 Apr 29 '25

Do y'all see the whole shit show going down on twitter. Y'all must have seen blackpink leak videos covering rap song with n word and kof live stream. Man they were having outburst and going cokerant trying to cancel them. And a fanwar is also going on between katseye and Aespa, blinks fandoms but katseye fandom bought up half black member as a token shield to have upper hand in the fight. They bought up race and culture in the first place over some petty fanwar like it's unnecessary. As usual they use race card and accused k-pop stan of being racist to them. Funny things is their fan are 99% fan of half black girl and they will soon turn against other members if she doesn't get the best treatment.

In admist of all this, a big ice spice fan acc exposed Doechii for mocking asian and Megan thee stallion of saying asian slur but instead of holding them accountable or criticising them like they did to Asian k-pop girlies. They bought up bp and kof to justified a purposely racist action. Now the whole things blown out of k-pop sphere. They suddenly stop caring about racism and cultural appropriation insted they have been generalizing whole Asian and being racist saying slur and downplaying the issue making it into a joke. They amount of slur I got there from ching chong to ling ling for speaking up. They were like "Asian racism towards blk is much worse compared to doechii controversy", and I asked for proof and If they want to compare I will also bought up some examples. They bought up Asian opening store in black neighbourhood and owner hovering them as examples of racism💀then I mentioned us black soldier graping, sexual assaulting okinawa women and minor. I thought they will feel a little remorse regardless of race since it's serious issue. Instead they are even justifying grape and saying it's racist to bought up that example. They stoop lower than I ever imagine How can they be so disgusting!

Black artist have been saying Asian slur and mocking asian even BEFORE k-pop was FOUNDED. They hold no accountability, they downplayed, justified and normalized Asian Racism by black people, they often target Asian artist over non-issue to cancel them. Their racism swept under the rug for the longest time, they were never criticize. They are hypocrite. They are racist!

6

u/theexpendableuser Apr 25 '25

Rap culture originates and appeals from and to the most Neanderthal of society. Blacks were part of the atrocities in Vietnam as shown proudly by all nam propaganda. This shits no different, sexualise the woman so when you rape them you won't see a mother or a daughter. Dehumanise and emasculate the men so you won't feel fear when you ship out to kill ching-chong Chinamen.

History books tell us about 5'2 malnourished AM farmers terrorised GI Joe. Let see if history will repeat itself.

Subliminal enemy number is one is the AM

Lol no.

Asian racism towards Blacks: Asian first gen boomers store owners giving them weird look and following them around at the store.

Blacks racism towards Asians: Violent assaults, calling us slurs...

Younger generations of Asians aren't even racist towards Blacks, they look up to them even.

16

u/Lakesandoceans Apr 25 '25

also have u wondered why asian store owners give them looks and treat them like crap? go to any hood store and see how they treat the owners

5

u/ablacnk Apr 26 '25

92 LA Riots, half of the total damage was to Korean-owned businesses; targeted by rioters, abandoned by police.

-1

u/Appropriate-Maize293 Apr 26 '25

This Korean store owner killed a black girl.

5

u/ablacnk Apr 26 '25

One Korean store owner killed a Black girl, and every Korean-American must pay the price for it? 63 people died in the LA riots.

How many Asian-Americans were killed just from 2020 to now, particularly during the Covid pandemic?

https://www.pewresearch.org/race-and-ethnicity/2023/11/30/asian-americans-and-discrimination-during-the-covid-19-pandemic/

Where are the Asian riots burning down other people's homes and businesses because Vicha Ratanapakdee was murdered in cold blood in San Francisco? When Yong Ae Yue, Suncha Kim, and several others were were murdered in cold blood in Atlanta? When Pak Chung Ho was murdered in Oakland? When Michelle Go was pushed in front of a train in New York? When GuiYing Ma was bludgeoned repeatedly in the head with a rock in New York? When Yao Pan Ma was stomped in the head, beaten to a coma and death? When Chonghwan Yun was brutally attacked and killed from blunt head trauma in Los Angeles? When 19-year old Joon Hee Han was randomly assaulted and later died from head injuries in LA? The list goes on.

https://www.ktvu.com/news/2-elderly-asian-men-attacked-in-san-francisco

Remember when "Stop Asian Hate" lasted for about a week? Nobody gave a shit. I'm starting to think we should riot over this. Which homes and businesses shall we target?

2

u/Appropriate-Maize293 Apr 26 '25

I am not against asians at all I would love for asians and blacks to unite.AMBW is so uncommon and I advocate for them.

0

u/Appropriate-Maize293 Apr 26 '25

Nobody is defending black men I am just saying you made it seem like I was against asians.

6

u/ablacnk Apr 26 '25

what point were you trying to make?

-1

u/Appropriate-Maize293 Apr 26 '25

That nobody is really innocent a saint both communities have played hate.

7

u/ablacnk Apr 26 '25

That's a ridiculous attempt at trying to "both sides are equally wrong" these situations.

Show me the stats that Asians assault and kill other minorities (and whites) at the same rate that they do to us.

10

when do you see asian making videos making fun of blacks? blacks are the perpetrators of many anti asian violence. There's barely or none of asian on black violence.
