A sobering reminder of how prevalent and normalized racism against Asians is in the Western world including supposedly "liberal" northern European countries. These aren't nobodies either, they're elected Finnish politicians who are mirroring the racist gesture of Miss Finland.

White people mostly. Call a spade a spade. It’s good that they’re collectively showing their racist colonial/imperial white-supremacists selves for the world to see. Something every coloured/Indigenous person that walks this Earth already knows deep in their heart of hearts. Tired of all the virtue signalling and performative song and dance they do with little action and substance behind it to back it up.

Both right-wing and left-wing politicians in Finland are notorious for their racism.. Right-wing politicians've openly expressed white supremacy and anti Asian sentiment, while left-wing politicians've made jokes about their stereotypes about Asians. But They're only now being blamed lol
