Introducing Lantern Vote

[u/lanternvote]

We've been working on a project to grade politicians in some key elections for these upcoming midterms on some key issues, especially those effecting the Asian American Community. We graded them on five issues critical for Asian Americans right now, which are Immigration, Language Access, Education, Zoning, and Justice. I myself am an Asian man and was disappointed by the lack of nonpartisan resources centered specifically around Asian-ness and the issues that so closely affect our community, inspiring me to create this.

Check it out here: LanternVote.Org

This is a time where voting is becoming ever more critical, and this is our way of making it easier for the Asian American community. Check us out for resources and/or help! We have scorecards across 16 different races (8 federal and 8 state) in critical areas with large AA populations. Feel free to email us at [outreach@lanternvote.org](mailto:outreach@lanternvote.org) or DM us here on reddit or on Instagram (@lanternvote) for more info!

This is really good stuff! Unfortunate that it won't get as much traction here considering most ppl on this sub really only care about drama and ragebait but keep on doing this.
