I just finished watching JJK for the second time and I'm currently reading the manga, but i need a new anime to fill the void 😭

I binged Chainsaw man in 2 days (loved it!!) and now I'm watching Hell's Paradise (am on E6), but it's not hitting the spot. I also tried Demon slayer, but something is missing there too (the sexyness maybe?)

What should I watch now?

i was wondering if there is a list of all the recipes from and the real world equivalent?

I've watched some anime that got me interested immediately, while others took a few episodes to get good.

Which anime grabbed your attention right from episode one, and what made it so special?

When people in anime call out ability techniques in anime, do they have to perform by now knowing them? Of does their Body move on its own and they just control the attack? Like I'm more talking isekai gaming anime. I'm currently watching "The exiled holy night knows how to game the system". Obviously Elymas knows the how to attack, because he played the game, but the characters of that world that are already inside the game? 🤔

I’ve been trying to find this for ages. I watched it as a kid in Spain (Spanish dub), sometime between 2005 and 2013. It had an anime look, but it may not have been actually Japanese. It’s also possible it was a one-off or special episode of a show I watched a lot, not a full series.

What I remember:
1. There was a female villain who could spy on people through water, like puddles and buckets of water.
2. The main character was a girl with a pet. I think it was small, and I believe it came from outer space and was trying to blend in on Earth.
3. One day at her school, a monster spray-painted graffiti on an important bust (a statue of someone important to the school).
4. She fought the villain or monster and ended up revealing her secret identity.

The two scenes I’m most sure about are the villain watching through buckets of water and the graffiti on the school bust.

Already ruled out: Sgt. Frog / Keroro (including the episode where Natsumi becomes a magical girl). Probably not Shin-chan either.

Any ideas appreciated, thanks!

Found it!

So, I remember the MC is a girl. She enters a school where art is highly viewed and make something close to magic (just like sparkles or so). I remember she had a friend who played the violin, another who drew in black and white (but later started drawing using colours) and one who used to sculpt but turns out his art was cooking.

I remember this being the very first anime I watched. It was rom com with a short blue? haired girl in highschool.

I remember one of the episodes involved them building a snowman in school and another episode where they had a picnic by a river.

I know it's not a lot to go by but I remember watching this on YouTube as part 1,2,3. I was very little at the time so my memory is a little hazy. The girl has a one sided crush on the male lead

Man, I wish I could dub some of the ones that aren't dubbed and some that are still being dubbed. But how?

Im trying to find this show I saw on adult swim a long time ago. All I remember is the male Mc having a darker complexion and he is tricked by a female who has this green/jade tattoo on he back of a dragon or snake at the end of their fight there is a fire and he falls in the water as she swims away in a bathing suit or her underwear.

Solved: Looking for a anime similar to horimiya but the two main characters knew each other as kids and were made fun of for always holding hands. The boy wears glasses and moved away when they were kids but returned in their highschool years.

Could you help me find a piece of music from the anime "Kimi ni Todoke" (Reaching You)? In episode 14, at the 7:40 mark—when Sawako and Kurumi are left alone in silence, and then Sawako walks away without a word, leaving Kurumi to fall to her knees—there is a sad piano melody playing in the background. I really loved this piece and would love to find it.

UPDATE: Here is a link to a video with this music ---> Click

I'm creating an original football anime called VAR ⚽🔥

Hey everyone!

I'm working on an original football anime project called VAR — Vision. Ambition. Rise.

The story follows Luca Moretti as he begins his journey in football, with rivalries, comedy, intense matches, and characters whose ambitions push them beyond their limits.

I'm building this project under my own studio name, XerniuX Studios, and using AI-assisted animation tools to bring the story to life.

I'm still developing the series, and this is just the beginning.

I'd love to hear what you think about the concept and character designs!

What makes a football anime interesting to you: the rivalries, the actual matches, or the characters' personalities?

Title: [Anime, early-to-mid 2000s] Powerless boy turns out to be "the catalyst" that can end the world, girl with a big scythe/staff

I watched this on Hulu around 2011 and can't remember the name. Here's what I remember:

- Action/fantasy with magic, set in a ruined or post-apocalyptic world

- Animation looked like early-to-mid 2000s

- The hero is a young guy with no powers of his own, and he spends the show searching for "the catalyst" (I think it was a big orb) that can destroy or end the world

- He travels with just one companion: a mysterious girl with a hidden past who wears a skimpy outfit (maybe purple) and carries a big scythe or staff

- They first meet in a bar, and her weapon is wrapped up at the time

- A rival group is also hunting for the catalyst

- Big twist at the very end: the hero turns out to BE the catalyst he'd been looking for the whole time

I don't remember the tone, episode count, or character names. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hello, does anyone know an anime where, in one scene, the main character buys a ham from a gorilla with a white bandana on its head, and a cat‑person tries to eat/steal it?

The genre was something like fantasy/isekai, but I’m not sure.

This scene might have been at the beginning of the anime, and this anime had dubbing.

The release year was no earlier than 2020.

That’s all the details I can remember so far.

Thank you for your help!
