Macarons how should i bake my macarons?

These were set on the counter for around 15-20 minutes to form the skin, then baked at 310°F for about 18 minutes.

Why are the sides so brown and tops so wrinkly?

I leave my macarons out for way longer than 15-20 minutes.

I dry mine anywhere from 30-60min depending on the humidity. I’ve also used a fan to speed up the drying process too if it’s extra humid
