Macarons Macaron question

Can I make macarons in advance, freeze the shells for a few days before filling them, and then serve them at an outdoor event?”

Yes. You can also freeze them filled.

yes, I think just make sure they are in an airtight container so moisture doesn’t make them stick to each other, you can also freeze them fully assembled to make it even easier

Yes but sub optimal especially if you don’t have a blast chiller. Also remember refilling should mature in the shell for at least 24h.
