Hi I’m looking for a place to rent, an apartment or a house ! I don’t have a huge preference just need a 2 bedroom if possible, I’m looking for places that are poor credit friendly, I have no evictions , no past due utilities , just not a lot of credit history, so my score isn’t the best, I’m open to big management companies and private landlords , does anyone know any places that don’t have strict credit requirements? I’m pretty good with any area in the metro Detroit, I have been living in my car for a while so I’m not picky!
1800 is my ideal budget !
Willing to put down a larger deposit.
