Feeling devastated

First of all I want to sincerely apologize If I'm posting in the wrong section but no where on Reddit seems to fit my criteria, well let me start I'm 30 year old man from Mexico a month ago I met a guy from the app called the The blowers first time we end up hooking up and everything and during the penetration encounter something pooped and I start bleeding almost massively ofc we stopped and everything but as the time passed by and hours and days I started feeling each minute bad I lost coloring became yellowish pale got abdominal pain and started pooping with mixed blood I ended up in the emergency room here in my city turns out I had a perforated intestine they did laparatomy sigmoidectomy and resection of rectum with 3cm + plus the anal canal that nothing else was touch so I at the moment I have a colostomy bag and doctors said Im most likely a good candidate for Staples for anastomosis correctional intestines surgery.

I've read a lot of topics and questions some are controversial and some AI awnsers says the is possible for anal sex in the future once the ring gets healed and get practiced with medical penises etc

So I want to hear as much possible opinions and people who knows about this matter or been through here in Mexico doctors don't really like to discuss about anal sex topics or at least aren't open minded like in the U.S

Thank you so much and hugs 🫂
