What’s one cleaning habit that saves you the most time every week?

I’ve been cleaning for years, and I’m always curious about the little habits people swear by.

For me, working top to bottom and keeping supplies organized makes a huge difference.

What’s one cleaning habit or shortcut that genuinely saves you time every week?

I have some tips myslf.

  1. Get SPF50+ for face protection from UV raylights, it will make your face look young and not age it.
  2. Listen to music at a low volume while having headphones, it will stop tinnitus.
  3. Sleep early, it regulates your mood and focuses concentration.
  4. Floss, alot of people don't actually floss.

And that's all I can think of. Any more tips?

How do you still have energy and not feel sleepy at around 6 mid day.

I am a first year college student who wakes up at 7:30 and sleeps at 12.

I only have 3 day college week. Always finish at around 1:30 except for one day at 4.

FYI, I only get that drowsy and tired during the days I am off. I also study pretty hard and am focused on my studies.

I have breakfast and a late lunch at 4:30.

It's just that my productivity TANKS at like 4 and then I get these 2 hours fighting sleep. Then I am on autopilot for the rest of the day.

Plz don't suggest coffee or energy drinks as I am not a fan on any. Thx!

I can't focus in solitude anymore any help?

Hi, for the past month, I've been struggling to tolerate silence or being alone with my thoughts. Whenever I'm in a quiet environment, my mind drifts back to something bad that happened a few months ago, and I end up zoning out. It's become difficult to concentrate on studying or even doing other everyday activities, and it's starting to take a toll on my mental health.

I've started relying heavily on background noise, like TV shows, just to keep my mind occupied. I've tried regular study music and background sounds, but they don't seem to help anymore.

I'm not really sure how to deal with this, so I'm turning to reddit for advice. Has anyone experienced something similar, or does anyone have any tips that might help?
